Should really have been in the Scotland squad. Would have him over the likes of McKenna all day long.

Have no worries about him being a starter every week, solid.

Developing well. Did brilliantly tonight, especially partnered next to that * and then Murray. Get him an experienced, role model of a CB and watch him flourish.

Played well. Bit of inexperience for the free he gave away before the goal, no need to go through the player especially so close to the penalty area..

I quite like him now, first I was unsure and thought he never had the confidence on the ball to stride about and bring it forward but he does it quite well now.

Really smart defender, quite mobile, not the biggest but decent in the air and I think already has a couple of goals from set pieces. Passing quite tidy as well, reminds me a bit of Sviatchenko but with better mobility and passing.

Only mistake he's really made in his games so far is letting Defoe score that last game at Ibrox, he should have shut Defoe down right away miles outside the box knowing if Defoe beats him he turns catches and tackles him as he doesnt have the pace to get away from you but he backed off him allowing him into the box and then to turn him and score was a blunder really.

Bigger than that if thats ok with you ? He might well be that height but standing next to others at corners he doesnt look it imo

There's no danger he's 6'2 or 6'3. Or if he is, he's the smallest looking 6'3 I've ever seen.

I'd be surprised if he's taller than 6'0.

Think that’s plenty for a CB, don’t think he has many issues in the air.

Hes definitely not that tall, I don't think looks 6ft-6ft1 to me, barely bigger than guys like Christie or Turnbull.

True, at 6ft you are big enough to win headers if you have the bottle. He is the type to go for a header as well, Sviatchenko scored a few from set pieces and he was even smaller, Denayer also scored plenty and he's about the same height.

You'd rather have him going up for a corner than Ajer.

Only worry is that Starfeldt who is signing is only about 6ft as well, even if they are both good in the air opposition teams probably will get a lift at set pieces thinking "look at these daft wee *".

Think by the end of the season it’ll be Starfelt and Jullien.

Honestly m8 if you think hes big enough at set pieces etc then fair enough but for me he lacks a few inches , now the boy murray looks a great height for a CB , hopefully they both keep progressing .

    Turnbull is 6ft

hard to judge by the picture but I’d say Eddy size at least.

Just spent most of last year next to Ajer who’s a * giant.

Just never seen an issue with him in the air, was one of the only guys last year that could compete like that.

Timing and positioning are more important than height.

Think he’s a good player and could be a main defender for us over the next few seasons.

I doubt if im the only one * myself every time the ball is going to be sent into the box via corner / free kick etc ...not that he has been the only player at fault last season but since julien has been missing its always a worry

Timing and positioning are vital and if he has come on from last season then its a bonus for us , he certainly played great tonight

Played well I thought, some of his tackling was excellent.
