i wont believe it till i see officially. but my friends brother knows him played together for cobh and said that ireland was told by mancity that celtic have put in an offer for him but not agreed yet.

Would love to see the lad here. I think some people are a bit too harsh on him. He's been surrounded by unusual and unfortunate circumstances, we can all use a break once in a while.

Depends how much he costs ?
We were successful this year with built players that bully players such as Hartley and Robson in the centre. So Stephen Ireland may not fit the bill or he might cant really judge this one
