Yes I agree. I think their summer transfer policy has been indefensible. There was definitely money available to spend on buying players had Celtic PLC wished to spend it. However their astonishing strategy of trying to qualify for the Champ League groups without spending any money was delusional. Which football team do Celtic PLC think they have, Barcelona . I think the fall out between Celtic fans and Celtic PLC is going to continue for a while. I now wish Celtic had fallen on its sword after the Legia tie. At least the Celtic fans could be proud of that concession. However as has seemingly been demonstrated this summer, Celtic PLC only want money and as much as possible :52:. Perhaps they are saving up to buy Messi. I will look forward to reading that exclusive in the media later this week :56:

The funny thing is, YAYA SANOGO played for Arsenal the day, and is actually above us.

The Sky Sports match presenter was commenting earlier that Sanogo had not scored a goal for Arsenal in all of his 17 competitive appearances. So he should fit right in with our prolific strike force. Of course the bonus to Celtic PLC is that he is free. I imagine if he was valued at £1 it would be no deal :56:

Celtic were left enraged last night after top signing target Stefan Scepovic staged a last-minute U-turn over his planned move to Glasgow.

The Serbian international passed a medical in Madrid yesterday – and had already secured a work permit allowing him to complete the £2.2million switch from Sporting Gijon.

Despite also having agreed personal terms on a four-year contract with the Celtic Park hierarchy, however, Scepovic broke the news that he wouldn’t be closing the deal.

he dramatic twist on the eve of deadline day leaves Ronny Deila with limited room for manoeuvre before the summer transfer window shuts at 11pm tonight.

Sportsmail understands the Celtic manager and club officials were left disgusted by Scepovic’s attitude to the deal, with talk of multiple agents and a last-minute move by Getafe blamed for pulling the plug.

Club insiders dismissed any talk of the 24-year-old’s change of heart coming because of their Champions League exit, pointing out that he had willingly gone through all the necessarily immigration procedures and a lengthy medical several days after the play-off loss to Maribor.

He's proper hung us out to dry, the time-wasting flaky *.
