I agree with you but Brown has leadership abilities that get those around him more motivated. Its ridiculous that a pro player needs someone to fire them up but in the case of our team it seems to be true

 

He was disgraceful last night. Absolutely shocking performance.

 

I dunno if he's trying to show off for Deila or if he's really just not up for it but as of recent he looks a shadow of what he was last half of the season and even worse a not as good Ledley.

 

It would have been helpful if he could have passed the ball to his own players last night.

 

I agree with you here.

People are jumping on Johansen's back but when the team is settled, we will see the best of him. I think he really missed Brown being in the side as well.

 

I thought when we bought him he would be capable of creating chances/playing defense splitting passes, he has been a major let down this season.

 

Was considering posting the exact same thing earlier on. Definitely a let down on the creativity front. His work rate is great but his passing can be woeful at times..

 

Awful player should be stuck on the bench when Brown is back

What's happened to Johansen? He seemed brilliant when we first signed him, but he's started playing like Charlie Mulgrew this season.

 

Whit? you would drop him before Kayal who had trouble finding his own team mates with his sloppy, slow passing? Where's the cyanide?

 

I think hes just suffering a slump in form like some others,kayals been our best midfielder this season so far.

A lot of fans keep blaming players but it's the tactics and formation that are the biggest problem.

No midfield are getting forward to help attack, and the defence are getting no protection from midfield.

Could spend hours writing about it but cant be arsed. All comes down to a woeful set up that is there for the taking if teams just sit in and counter us.

 

Same thing happened against maribor, johansen was shocking.

 

Feel exactly the same in all your points....the players are bottling it too just now I would add.

 

The reason Johansen got shown up today is that he puts himself about trying to get something going and undo the wrongs made by others. His workrate is high. He may not be the best but he is a grafter. Kayal is good but a poser. 1st 15 minutes, kept playing lazy ball to team mates, broke up the flow. He's a luxury we can't afford.

 

Sorry I think you have Johansen and Kayal mixed up,I am not alone on here in thinking Johansen isn't that great and he has been * awful so far this season

 

I thought Johansen done ok today wasn't his worst game
