Agreed :50: You mean the Ghost Ledley :icon_mrgreen:
This guy Johansen is in your face all the time and popping up with goals too.Must be good for Broony to see guys like Johansen, Henderson, Kayal and Biton taking some of the weight off him in that midfield.

I loved how emphatic his goal was and his play in general. There is a real forcefulness to his game which impresses me.

    He's really not.

He's a good player but we've had an embarrassment of riches in the middle of the park for the last few years.

Can we please not hype this guy to the moon please, because I can't be arsed with the crash back to Earth if he goes off the boil.

We've had no player like him in the last few years? When was the last time we had a midfielder bombing forward and with his range of passing, but also worked tirelessly and did the dirty work?

Johansen is a cracking find who will only get better.

    My favourite Celtic player.

Been hearing about the guy for years (my cousin's husband is Norwegian).

    Kayal, Brown, Mulgrew, Ledley, Wanyama.

All have shown much more than Johansen so far.

The guy looks like the real deal but he's been here 5 minutes ffs.

I said it on here after seeing him in his first couple of appearances and he's only shown it even more in the further games that he's played.

Johansen is twice the player of Ledley and offers so much more overall for Celtic.

No he isn't and no he hasn't.

Funny thing is, first sign of his form dipping and you will be one of the first sticking the boot in.

You honestly believe Ledley's the better player?

    Seriously?

    Without a doubt.

Ledley was a hunskelper and was an important part of the team that won 3 in a row and qualified for the CL twice and reached the last 16.

Johansen has scored a couple of goals.

Jesus, it's not * rocket science.

Johansen hasn't had that opportunity yet.

You almost sound like me complaining about Sammy.

    Except I'm not complaining.

I'm * wet thinking about how good this guy could become, but he isn't there yet.

Yeah, that was my final edit. Now I wish I hadn't used that word.

As both players come (achievements aside) I prefer watching and having Johansen. His footballing ability, likeness for a tackle, pace/never stop running attitude, passing range and well his whole general game compared to Ledley's is better.

He's almost like mix of Scott Brown (good dig and tackling, never stops) and Ki (passing range and shooting)

You get all that from a few games?

No wonder you turn on players so easily.

    I don't "turn on players"?

I just really prefer watching Stefan Johansen playing for Celtic than I did Joe Ledley, what's wrong with that?
