Stefan Johansen

Johansen was our best midfielder today, Broony was off pace, and Bitton was out the game. ICT played a part in that by making Gordon punt instead of being able to play back to front, we pretty much missed the midfield out all first half. But Johansen put a shift in when off the ball and his passing in the final third was good. Okay he missed a chance but Leigh missed a better one last week.

Thinks he's better than he is. How many forward passes were successful ?!

They give the ball away constantly.

 

Yeah, Brown's re-introduction has had surprisingly little effect on the level of performance.

 

Lost count at the amount of times this lad gives it away , it's absolutely criminal. Mcgregor deserved to start in there.

Can't believe he won player of the year last year, never rated him a player devoid of any quality other than passing the ball to the opposing team.

 

He's hardly the worst player. Just doesn't deserve a jersey just now.

I thought he was one of the better players last night .

 

Minor improvement from recent showings but still nowhere near good enough. It infuriates me how casual he is with his passes despite having gave it away several times already. Concentrate ffs.

 

I must be in the minority then because I thought he was nowhere near the worst player on the park. I'd give that to our captain.

His passing was bad and he's nowhere near the player of last season but he certainly wasn't the worst and at least he tries, unlike some.

 

Im with you. Johansen was better than every other midfielder last night, and Brown was by far the worst.
