    Again, see below.

You're having a go at Ronny for turning a player of the year into a waste of a jersey yet failing to acknowledge the part he played in getting him that player of the year in the first place. If he's to blame for his poor form then surely he's to blame for his good form? Can't have it one way & not the other. Or is it another case of: Something bad & it's Ronny's fault. Something good & it's in spite of Ronny.

Like the poster on here that highlighted Ronny's romp over Hearts in a previous game to highlight how * he is as a manager with this most recent result against them, it's laughable.

Honestly some people talk so much *. Consumed by their dislike of Ronny that they just come across as idiotic in their ramblings.

So firstly you admit your mind was made up from day 1 with him then you tell us that Johansen doesn't like him :smiley-laughing002:. This is the same Johansen who's career was saved by Ronny, who then excelled under him at Stromsgodset, who won a league title under him & then earned a million pound move abroad. But yeah he doesn't like Ronny. You can't be that stupid. :smiley-laughing002:

did ronny play him as a holding mid in that team?

did ronny buy up all the local talent in the league playing the same position as him, thus forcing him into a position he is unaccustomed to playing, and sticking by his stubbornness and keep playing him in said position week in week out while being utter gash?

earned a million pound move it was actually 2 but who needs facts right...

as for saving his career how does that work when he was regarded as one of the best norwegian prospects of his age group

played at every level of norways international squads from under 15 to full squad, in that time made the semi finals of u21 euro championships which they were put out in the semis from a Spain under 21 squad.. and then had his pick of the clubs in Norway..

and you say i look idiotic or stupid.

take of the ronny tinted specs

any how bed time lets see what other members thinkin the morning...

    goodnight

Your post is littered with idiocy. Trying to tell me about facts whilst coming out with your nonsense is laughable. In regards to the monetary value of his transfer I said 'million pound move' as I didn't care to get the exact figure but knew it was in the millions but if you say it's 2 then great that just strengthens my point. He earned a move of substantial value under Ronny's management.

So Johansen doesn't like Ronny, despite everything he's achieved under him at both Celtic & Stromsgodset. Player of the year & titles & cups with us, similar at Stromsgodset where he earned a TWO MILLION pound move.

Here's some actual recorded quotes from Johansen & not made up accusations from you:

"We struggled in the beginning of the season, but I was sure the gaffer was going to do brilliant things here.

"It's just a fantastic feeling", continued the midfielder.

"I said when I came to Celtic I wanted to win trophies.

"I enjoy playing under him [Deila], he understands how to get the best out of me, he believes in me. I am really enjoying my football right now."

As for his career under Deila:

But the Norwegian midfielder is fully aware of who not only made the dream switch possible, but potentially saved his career from a premature nosedive.

Johansen first crossed paths with his current manager back in 2011 when he was recruited from FK Bodo by Deila.

At the tender age of 20 he admits himself he was far from the creative ball player that has racked up over 15 caps for his country.

Lacking the right application and attitude, he was taken under Deila's wing and put on the path to progression.

And the 24-year-old revealed that he believes if it was not for the intervention of now-Parkhead manager Deila, his dream switch from Norway to Scotland would never have taken place.

"When I came to Stromsgodset he helped me and gave me a chance. If he didn't do that then I don't think so," said Johansen.

"It just didn't mean that much to me. I was young and I didn't sleep as much as I could or should have.

"When I went there he told me the right things and he turned me into a professional footballer.

"I'm very thankful for the way he told me that and made me. He told me straight 'this is what you need to do' and I did it.

"That's exactly the help I needed at the time."

He added: "It's impossible to say [if he saved my career] or how much he assisted me, but of course he was a big help.

"At that time I needed it."

Above all else, he proclaims that he is enjoying his football more than ever. And he is open about the reason behind it.

"It's important to have a manager who knows you," explained Johansen. "Ronny probably knows me better than anyone and was the one that got me from a little bit down to get up.

"To have him here it has helped me a lot to develop as a player and I'm thankful to have him as a gaffer."

Is he the best manager Johansen has worked under?

"Yeah, of course, it's difficult to say anything else.

"I was down when I came to Stromsgodset and he made it clear what I had to do better on and he gave me the chance.

"Of course he is an important manager for my career considering where I am now. To have him at Celtic is just great.

"It's helped me. Like I say, I know him well and he talks to me on what I need to be better at."

So care to expand on your Johansen doesn't like Ronny theory?
Or that Ronny is the reason behind Johansens poor form but not his good form?
Or that Ronny hasn't been a major influence on his progress/success throughout his career?

Come on give us a laugh.

Rogic was signalling to the bench to come off. :50:

Johansen has been dropped plenty of times. I agree that he has been left on in games when he should be subbed, but the hearts game wasn't one of them.

Ronny only had one sub to make and Rogic was signalling that he had to come off.

That's a lot of *. You can criticize our manager about a lot of things, there's no need to make * up.

Johansen has been dropped plenty of times this season.:50:

He's not playing in his POTY role, because he lost his place, and Rogic and Commons have done better there than he has, due to his loss of form, and in case ye forgot, our captain is out and Johansen has been filling in for him.

So ye want him dropped... then ye want him to take the CAM role from players doing better there than he has this season? :39:

If your looking for sense mate then you ain't getting it from him. Just a load of made up nonsense up about Ronny, Johansen & the current situation. Already admitted he was against Ronny from day 1 so his argument lacks any credibility, made up that Johansen doesn't like him etc etc despite it quite clearly being the opposite & wants to chastise Ronny for Johansens poor form but refuses to acknowledge his part in helping him pick up the POTY.

"I enjoy playing under him [Deila], he understands how to get the best out of me, he believes in me. I am really enjoying my football right now." certainly doesnt apply now does it... and if it does then hes the only * "enjoying" the football hes playing

He added: "It's impossible to say [if he saved my career] or how much he assisted me, but of course he was a big help. saved his career ye right.... big help is the actual words he said...

theres a few more in there i could post but lets just agree to disagree...

:56: that's the best you can do. That's what your argument has been reduced to. A 'looks like it'. Some small credit for posting something, anything but you should have really just slinked away with your tail between your legs. Better to not make things up in the future. :50:

as for my argument lacks any credibility because i was against RD from day one.... what a crock of absolute *...

so because i didn't like my beloved celtic being handed to an unproven manager who was only appointed because he wont "rock the boat" and happily agree with everything shoved on him, my opinion is worthless....

    i smell *!

Look at what you've wrote. If you really believe that, does that not suggest the problem lies higher up than Ronny?

I mean, if he's only here to be a "yes man" who's fault is that? and what makes you think the next guy would be different?

i agree the boards at fault but they don't pick the team... RD does im not naive enough to believe big pete sends down the team sheets (and demands these players be played out of there natural positions are you?) then sits in on the game planning sessions and says right heres who your gonna sub (ps no matter how bad he gets under no circumstances must Johansenn be subbed)

    thats all on ronny......

My wish for the January Transfer Window is that someone comes in and snaps up Johansen as he has been the weak link in the team for me this season, and being a first pick of Deila ( regardless of form), he is now hindering the progress of Scott Allan.

Your wish for the transfer window is for us to lose last season's player of the year? :97:
