And thats why collymore has shown an interest I believe. He said it was shocking that nothing was done and that attracted the "outpouring" from the orcs. Or have I missed the reason he has waded in ?

  2. Don't know mate but they've been doing it for * years. Can't see why anything will change now.

That game vs Kilmarnock (i think, before they died) pundits were saying it was a great atmosphere and *, but it was a 90 minute inbred bigotfest.

Aw no doubt his argument is spot on and I'll back him... I just don't particularly like the guy.

  5. Just realised he's blocked me on twitter.

He must have said something i didn't like a while ago :56:

I know they have been (sadly I'm 46) but just as the Berlin wall eventually came down and as apartheid was ended ... gotta be positive about this and do what can be done to eradicate this *. Collymore certainly has baggage but in this he is 100% right and we should all help.

  10. Brilliant the stuff he's been saying.

But one minor query - could Stan maybe have kept his powder dry on Thursday, then waited till he was live on air during the Sevco game and at half-time said "but what about the sectarian chanting?"

BT would have had nowhere to go, they'd have had to address either why they didn't want to talk about the comments or why they were OK.

However, Stan is the man, regardless.

  11. Aye he's "attention seeking" by highlighting the continual sectarian * coming from the orcs

If the SFA/SPFL and majority of Scottish media had the cojones like Collymore and had his sort of "attention seeking" then maybe something would have been done about the zombies by now.

I hope he keeps it going and the morons who are retweeting him and sending ridiculous responses are only highlighting his points even more.

    He's good on the wireless.

Glad to see he's highlighting a problem that everyone else just turns away from.

  16. Wee email just bumped off to BT :smiley-laughing002:

    Dear Sirs,

I wish to inform you that when my current BT contract expires this year I will not be renewing due to the shameful reaction of "disposing" the pundit Stan Collymore for his views on sectarian chanting and racist abuse.
I have been a customer of BT for over 20 years, however I cannot subscribe to an organisation that sacks employees for voicing their opinion on a subject that blights society. Your actions have provided validity to a section of society who indulge in the systematic hatred of differing ethnicity, race, religious and political views.

I would also appreciate if you could respond to the constant sectarian chanting that was clearly audible during your recent transmission of a Scottish Championship football match (20/02/15). Surely you have a moral obligation to ensure sectarian chanting, such as "F*** the pope and Vatican, Feinian blood, Feinian Bas**** etc. etc. could have been made inaudible.

I respectfully agree that BT has no control over the mindless chanting and behaviour of theses people, however I do not accept BT do not have the technical expertise to ensure this is not piped into my living room as a weekend evenings entertainment.
The fact this didn't happen only adds to the perception BT is appeasing the thuggish, sectarian behaviour Mr Collymore was sacked for trying to highlight; it would appear you are bowing to this sectarianism behaviour to ensure subscriptions remain.

    Appeasement for a penny.

    Regards

I think he kinda got caught out talking * last night.

He said he had cancelled BT sub and was going on about the Rangers game and someone mentioned "I thought you cancelled?" he replied insinuating he was watching a stream but if he did cancel yesterday his sub would end after 28 days so he would have been watching it on the tele regardless.

  18. Think you need to just come out of your shell a wee bit there, Che, and learn not to hold back :56:

  19. Just woke up..glad they are onto this today, could be a new era in that scum falling further away..

BTW when you cancel a channel it can stay on up to 48 hours even longer
