So just what is his point - does the listing of the main stand prevent us from building or doesn't it, why would it delay it?

Apart from all that, it is an inaccurate piece. It is the old school that is listed.
The stand was built in 1970 so wont be listed. If anything would have been listed it would have been the building at the front entrance of the stand prior to 1988, this has been fully redeveloped.
I'll reiterate - if we had moved to Cambuslang in the 90's would the old stand have reminded in the middle of a new housing developement. NO

If that your point of view or your opinion that's fine.

But please don't quote of context to tailor your point of view :50:

The old stand holds 9,000 and The north stand holds 26,000 so re-building would give us 17,000 more seats.

as well as the cost of building the stand , take into account the loss of revenue with the south stand being closed & rental of new offices for a season . It is not cost efective

Again if you think it is inaccurate that's fine. Just say that.

But don't quote out of context from that source so it says what you want it to say :50:

It wasn't him that gave me that point of view. I googled it and posted the first two articles on it as I said before in this threas. I am friends with the old board and I got the information from them. If you want to know who pm me.

listen , there's nothing i'd love more than for us to build it and have the biggest stand .... IF we could afford it . But we can't so it's a non-starter, and it's pointless going on about it because it ain't gonnae happen anytime soon

That's only if the corners could be incorporated into the new stand.....who cares anyway, it's not going to happen, the team on the park require all the money which is available.

There is no corner's on the proposed the new stand we r talkin about.

So I think 23,000 is a gud guess although taking away the seats from main stand
