    He wanted to go and get game time. Starfelt is better and unless there was injuries he wasn't getting game time.
    He wasn't an improvement on Starfelt and I think if we buy a CB for £3m plus then they have to be.

    I think we win 2 nil, will be scrappy but I don't see them scoring past our defence with nobody missing unless we chuck everything forward when a few up.

    Looking forward to this, should be a decent test as St Mirren have been good this season.

    Not expecting a walkover by any stretch, but hopefully we put in a professional performance from the start.

    Ange will be desperate to get a result there having been beaten at the SMISA ground the last time Celtic suffered defeat.

    I think that this is a good next fixture after our cup final win last Sunday.

    Now, Ange has the players in a mindset that we focus on the next game and know that we must respect the opponent and work hard to ensure victory. We would not have any complacency in the players minds as that is not the way they are drilled these days.

    If there were to be any complacency lingering in the back of the minds, then the fact that this venue is the only defeat we have suffered this season in the league will re-focus the players minds. We will go out and work harder to ensure we pick up the three points, given what happened the last time.

    Without sounding over confident, look at the starting lineup from the game we lost there earlier in the season to the one that will probably start tomorrow.

    I expect the same lineup we started against the Huns, but if I were Ange, I'd strongly consider starting Iwata over Mooy and/or Haksa over Jota.

    I'd consider dropping Maeda for this one. On their tight pitch and with their well organised defence we need players with a bit of guile to open them up. I'd have Jota, Haksa and O'Riley all starting. Maeda needs space that he won't get in this game. He was poor in the game there earlier in the season.

    I think we'll do them comfortably tomorrow.

    Ange always says he doesn't think about past results but he has a nice habit of going back to grounds that have given us problems and putting things right.
