I believe we are the Barca of Scotland. Nothing wrong with that opinion. I didn't say we're as good as Barcelona, I said we're Scotland's equivalent and I stand by that.

We're the best footballing team in the country IMO. As is Barcelona.

We have the players capable of playing Rangers off the park, you obviously don't agree. Away and mix it up with your pals on RM.

    Oh dear, we have ranter.

We play decent football but as we are only 4 ahead of a supposedley poor rangers team who have beaten us 4-2 this season i reserve the right to think thrashing them may be a little optomistic. yes we are capable of beating them, of course.

You are a dreamer, i am a realist

They annihilated us. And we have better players than them, I'm sure you'll agree ( on second thoughts....)

If we were to play Scott Brown, Shunsuke Nakamura, Marc Crosas and Aiden McGeady, I think we'd annihilate them too.

    I'm not a dreamer, I'm a Celtic fan. You're not.

It appears i am talking to a young lad here..

I am 30 and have held a season ticket at parkhead since i was 17. My support is not in question. I am a realist though, not a dreamer like you.

The fact that celtic have not "annihilated" many teams this season would tend to support my opinion but there you go.....remember we are only 4 points ahead and have plenty of improving to do.

I am a massive fan of Mcgeady and like Naka but an honest person would be able to see there has been many old firm games where they have been far from influential.

    * does being 4 points ahead have to do with anything?

Man United won the league last season by 2 points. Did they not annihilate anybody? You're talking out your * on that point.

Just like you seem to think choosing Cardiff over Celtic shows ambition. Some * realist you are.

    Oh dear, another rant.

Yes, they did...ahead of chelsea, liverpool and Arsenal..far tougher opposition in arguably the best league in the world. Not really comparable.

If you would like to list the results where we annihilated teams fire away...

4 ahead of a team we are told we can thrash and annihilate is a little far fetched i think most would agree. Beat, yes, hopefully.

I never said going to Cardiff over celtic showed ambition...but i could understand the players viewpoint....as i am a realist.

Please refrain from using profanity...otherwise i just think you are a moron. Many thanks.

Don't tell me what to * do.

I think we thrashed Hibs. Stats will probably back me up.

    We thrashed Hamilton.

We thrashed Falkirk. Best football we've played all season.

We thrashed Hearts at Tynecastle IMO.

    We thrashed Livingston.

Motherwell at Fir Park in the 4-2 game. Great performance that day.

ok, you are obviously letting me get to you...

Ok in your opinion we thrashed these teams...some we did play excellent i agree. Not many though eh...plenty more were we have struggled and dropped points....you see my point in not being THAT confident in thrashing or annihilating a team based on the line-up of midfielders? Given Crosas has had a good start but not really had a good run in the team to give us real belief.

I think you will find that is reality. If we are so much better than other teams surely we would be more than 4 ahead...given the points defecit that we could have racked up last month...going from 8 ahead to 2 ahead...then back to 4...could go either way if we are not on form.

I will let you go cool down though and perhaps leave off on the profanity which makes you sound like a bam.

P.s...you say i am a rangers fan...i am not the one with the phot of a barca player and the username 'messi'..

Are you forgetting that Evans is currently at Manchester City, a premiership side?! Scottish Champions with annual participation in europe or a less than average championship side. Again if the boy had any sense he would join us.

Indeed, some see it that way and thats fine. If he thinks he may rot on the bench or in the reserves then he may take his chance at Cardiff, in a league where he has done well recently. No point being another Riordan or killen is there..

I dont think he would be a player to rot on the bench he would do well in the spl imo.And if i had a chance to play with a team that was playing in europe most seasons over fighting for a place in the prem and not getting it i know what one i would pick. And also he hasent even went to cardiff yet has he there is still time if we are really in for him.

Eh, Crosas has played enough for us to know what he's about. Before his injury he was in the team every week.

    What screams Rangers fan more?

An extremely negative Celtic fan on forums, or a picture of a Barcelona player?

Indeed, if we are seriously in for him. Depends on the package we are offering him too i suppose.

Yes we are in euorpe every season...at the moment. It worries me the way things are going in terms of the qualification requirements for scottish teams over the next few years. UEFA could be it in a few years if all goes pear shaped :54:

I think he could do well up here...but he has Samaras and JVOH in front of him..depends what he thinks of Samaras being here bearing in mind hes had that experience already

He played quite a few games...but not even half a season!! Yes he looked good in most but come on...now going to "thrash" rangers?!!

If you show me what negative commnts i have made i will explain...tell me why they are negative though...and not just replies to over optimistic comments.

I am not negative and i am on other forums where my allegiances are not in any doubt...given i go to games with other members...."Messi"

I have also never claimed that celtic fans complain about mcgeady being left out because hes irish but dont bother when its naka because he is japanese. Thats a strange comment to make for a celtic fan

Trolling? am i not just responding to a discussion??

Frankly, I dont care what your suspicion is, i am well and truly a celtic fan but a realist rather than a dreamer as i have said.

seems others are allowed to make accusations about forum members without foundation and get away with it.

I never said Crosas would single-handedly thrash Rangers. He's not Maradona ffs.

    * sitting behind you and your other members. I can see it now...

Negative man: * off back to Tenerife, Crosas.

Real fan: It was actually Barcelona we signed him from.

Negative man: Was it? Apologies, I was too busy getting Kenny Miller on the back of my " other " kit.

    10 minutes later...
Negative man: Come on to * Naka, we expect you to complete these 85 yard passes. Just isn't good enough, * off home.

Negative man: Unlucky Aiden son, who cares if you could have played an easy 5 yard pass to Brown, you tried to dribble past 8 players and you ended up running out of play and giving them a goal-kick, unlucky wee-man. Head up.

I'm joking mate, you're not that bad. I believe you're a Celtic fan, but have a bit of faith man. We're the Champions and we're capable of dominating Rangers.
