    7 in 12 including ripping Rangers a new one at Ibrox.

    Bellamy revels when he's the centre of attention, he kind of got lost in the mix at Liverpool. He wasn't bad as such but he was never the main attraction.

    Not bad atall, looks like you be right about him being what you need, but only time will tell. I just don't think he is EPL material which s what im basing my opinion on and don't get to see much Scottish football.

    He's not going to go to the big 4 and he's not commanding huge wages (yet) because he's only 20 and has yet to fulfil all his potential.

    There are times when a move to Celtic to play in front of 60,000 every second week and play in the Champions League becomes more appealing than playing for Sunderland or Wigan or Newcastle or wherever :50:

    He played against us in the friendly vs man city, me and my da were saying to each other he looked a good player when he came of the bench, hes a big guy and was giving our defence a hard time in that game. If this guy goes on to become a big player for celtic, we will all have to thank the arabs for taking over man city, cause If they didnt have all their millions he would be a big part of their squad

    yeah him and daniel sturridge would be good . I think we could pick up a few bargains at city because if they see what they can get here they wanna come and we can probably sell him for a good profit in time

    Sutton cost £6m.

    Lubo was 33 and had a special relationship with the then Celtic manager, Venglos.

    Henrik had fallen out with Feyenoord and a get out clause was used to sign for Wim Jansen, a manager he also had a relationship with.

    3 totally different scenario's to a young player who the whole of Europe know can be snapped up.

    I'm not saying he definitely wont turn out to be good. The expectations on Lubo and Henrik weren't big and look how they turned out.

    All i'm saying is that if he does turn out to be quality, there are obviously alot of people that can't see it now, because there doesn't seem to be much interest in him.

    Take your point mate, but what i'm saying is, there doesn't even seem to be any interest from the Sunderlands or Wigans or Newcastles of this world.
    It's not as though he chose us despite interest from them.

    He is young and relatively unproven. If it was a loan deal i would say no.

    He did well at Norwich, scored a few goals. City rate him highly enough to play him in the Premiership, and he has already got caps for Wales.

    £1m is a good deal, because if he bangs in a few goals he could be worth a lot more in 2-3 years time.

    its been about 2 and a half years. Naylor was outstanding in his first season and we are only half way through this one.

    the first year of this 2 and a half years, WGS still had faith in Naylor to get back on track. nowadays, i feel he now has lost faith in him. who can blame him...

    i'm sure he doesn't want to pick any randomer just for the sake of trying to solve that left back problem of ours.
