It's overwhelmingly unlikely to the point of almost seeming hopeless but anything can happen.

Many teams have came back fighting after a sore loss in Europe, look at FC Metz for an example they lost 4-2 in the home leg against Barcelona. They went down a goal in the away leg but turned it around and triumphed 4-1 and knocked Barca out of the competition, taking into account this was only in 1984.

Anything is possible in football, it's about having some faith left when things are looking rather bleak. If the players go out and give it their all then we have every chance.

Taking everything into consideration, it 95% over.

But 5% is enough to have hope. Let's take it to them, it can be done. We were far the better team overall on Tuesday.

SkyBet have us at 100/1. I think that says it all. I know it's good to keep some faith, but let's be realistic here.

The best approach, and the one I'd hope the team will use, is to look at it as a one-off game. Go out to win the game, and then see what comes of it.

1st goal is crucial. They score - over! We score - * GO FOR IT!

I concede the tie is basically over, but I would take so much pride if we snatched an early lead, then gave them * and defend like lions. Who knows we get a second goal in the 80th minute? Juventus are * themselves, but would most likely will get one back, but who knows, we MIGHT just get a 3rd.

I would like to believe Jock Stien would not have given up the tie, and Neil Lennon shouldn't either, show Europe we will be back next season and will be a team to be reckoned with.

Aye but in fairness big Jock Would have been going to Turin with THE best team in Europe, and most probably the world in his day.

Never give up and go there and go at them, I say. A win however massively unlikely is never impossible.

    * me - never seen such a load of miserable jeremiahs in my natch. Who the * are Juventus? Apart from a few * goals they were crap - we ran rings round them. When did our support suddenly come to view us as the * dregs of Europe?
Bit different if it was actually a team that played well enough on Tuesday to scare the * out of me - a skilful team that played us off the park and made us look like fourth division amateurs - but it wasn't - it was a bunch of useless * that we were taking the ball off at will - we just couldn't * score - not because of their sooper-dooper defence, but because every time we shot at goal we hit it straight at their * keeper!
The manhandling pish goes without saying, and there will be no, "if this or that had happened we would have been 3-0 up".
The fact is they weren't that good. They found our defence and our strikeforce on a very bad night.
If we play as we can play, and they play like that again, we'll * do them easy.

I just hope we at least win the away leg. Wipe some of the smile off their arrogant faces.
Our fans are gonna get abused as * going over there so the team have to stay strong for them and give them some thing to shout about and be proud of.

Indeed. They may have only lost three of their last sixty seven games over this season and last, and went unbeaten in Serie A last season.

Who the * are they indeed?

In my mind they are much more dangerous than a non-physical side like Barca who come to play and give you space. This Juve side will close you down, reduce your top striker to a frustrated spectator, put your so-called hardman captain on his * then sneak up the park where their clinic strikers score three of their five shots on target.

Make no mistake about it, we lost to one of the favourites to win the whole tournament. Italian sides have never been known for playing you off the park and making your side look poor. They've been known for winning.

This Juve side is a return to the traditional Italian style of the 80's & 90's. The game midweek proved that.

I think we need to play for the cash now. Much do you get for a draw or a goal for that matter?

I must have been watching a different game then because I saw none of that. manhandling and argy bargy aside, they showed absolutely * all. Running up the park and scoring on the counter attack against a defence that was quite obviously having a very bad night might impress you, but it sure as * didn't have me slapping my forehead and thinking how wonderful it was.
Question stands, despite the patronising sarcasm that obviously passes for a reply down your gaff - Who the * are they?
They showed * all Tuesday night and those who are moping around convinced we are out should be ashamed of themselves.

About 500k for a draw. Don't think goals get you *.
We've made enough money this season, another mill here or there is irrelevant. We've restored our financial and status integrity throughout Europe.
Now it's vital we build on it, this cannot be a one-off. Group stages, at least, every year from now please Lenny!

All that is wrong with modern football.

We should go out there and go straight at them to try and win 3-0. We won't win by 3 but I would be prouder to see the team go and take them game to them and lost this leg too rather than sit back and take any result which earns us a bit of cash.

I'm negative at the best of times - but I'm both negative and realistic on this occasion. We are out (in my opinion) but I'd rather keep it tight and lose 3-0 on aggregate than have a go and lose 7-1 on aggregate!
