I really don't see why every day supporters of this club need to get on celebrity fans' backs for not attending every game and only choosing the big games.

These guys have mainstream careers in the States, so why the * would they come over for a game against Raith or Dundee? They're going to want to make sure the trip is worth it and that it will be a night to remember.

I appreciate the interest he can generate but to be honest it`s not something I buy into.

I would love our new logo if he bought the club

If he was invited to Celtic park then that's a joke IMO

I'm desperate for a ticket and can't get one so would hate to see him just get in for free In an executive seat while I sit in pub wrecked wishing I was there !!!

Snoop is an undisputed legend in music. You cannot argue with that. Yet people say it's an embarrassment that he wants to come to Celtic Park? What about Rod Stewart? He'll get a ticket before a season ticket holder too but nobody complains about him, even though they are both legends in their respective genre's of music.

We're you planning on buying a ticket for an executive seat? Not many 'real' fans sit in there anyway.

Also... Rod Stewart? He bought a seat for life as did Billy Connolly did they not?

I reckon if he goes the whole stadium will chant his name, he'll get attached to the hoops and that means £££££££.. That won't be reinvested back into Celtic.

Rod Stewart is a season ticket holder. I dont think people realise the number of games he goes too as since only home games V the Dead and European games are on TV hes only ever shown on TV at them. But he goes to a lot of normal SPL games too, probably around 8/9 SPL games a season, which is a lot considering he stays probably the furthest away of all season ticket holders.

Think people are taking it too seriously. If he landed an exec. seat for example then who cares if other supporters didn't manage a normal seat? I can see why people would be frustrated but the exposure he'd bring would be great, love him or hate him. I for one love him. As the Dogg/Lion says... "Make money money, make money money money!"

dont see anything embarrassing about it

Fulham have that stupid statue of Michael Jackson who doesnt have anything to do with the club, couldnt imagine Michael Jackson being a football fan either.
But after it was there he showed up at the game and the news jamp on it.

Now just for snoop to show up, walk about etc would be funny not embarrassing!
Massive press coverage in America too!
It would seem a sort of Superbowl idea, beyonce opens the superbowl, Snoop Dogg meets the crowd at a Last 16 champions league, clueless to the sport Americans would realise its an important fixture etc!

if i had my way thought id rather he came back for a charity match, which could be arranged easily if he got involved!

It would be funny and great to happen, just be there as a fan or a halftime thing though I dont want him arseing up our players concentration in the tunnels.

On a side note he has to be the biggest sellout in rap history.
