    Remember chatting to @Markybhoy off here on another thread about smoking and saying that avoiding it when drinking was the toughest thing.

    Well I've managed to stop having a smoke even when drunk, so delighted with that!

    (It's probably because they cost the equivalent of £15 per pack out here...)

    Yep, smoke about 2/3 a day, I blame the stress of Work...

    Used to only be after a few Drinks, I'd get the urge, so, I need to go back to that routine and gradually come of them altogether.

    Smoking at least 20 a day now.

    Worse when I'm drinking, went on holiday and bought 400 at the airport and had done in the first 200 in like 5/6 days

    Had stopped for 2 years as well.

    I vape. Used to smoke but I find vaping enjoyable although it can be a pain having to get the liquid. I hardly use any nicotine for my
    E cig though. Smoking is a distant memory for me now.

    On about 10 a day now, more when drinking. Smoking roll ups so not to expensive.

    Stopped smoking 4 months ago, vaping now and down to 0.3% liquid, hoping to go down to 0% with the next lot I buy, then I'll need to try cut down the vaping and maybe get off that eventually.

    I only use tobacco for joints but my girlfriend gets through 20 a day and she's been buying 200 packs of (supposedly) Mayfair from an elderly neighbour for £45 for the 200. You can smell they're not right as they burn and the 200 pack comes wrapped in clear cellophane which is strange because a 200 pack of Mayfair should look like this. She's only 38 and they are giving her a * of a cough:

    Iv not got the will power to do it, iv tried a few times and have a couple of vapes they just don't cut it tho, the 24hour patch was the closest iv came to giving up, I don't drink much which is a bonus but joints bring me back, I hate it and is one of the biggest regrets of my life

    Never smoked cigs. Made up for it for the amount of dope I smoked. Stopped about 6 years ago and vape now. More when I drink. It’s actually weird seeing people smoke real cigs now. Vape seems more popular. * disgusting and expensive. Sticks to your clothes and your breath and hair.

    Its the first couple of weeks that is the hardest then its just changing that habit, keeping my mind and hands occupied was my biggest issue

    Only ever really smoke at night. Find smoking in the day depressing, which is weird.
