  2. Bobo was a bombscare mate, i'll never forgive him for that handball in Lyon, and I think Caldwell is streets ahead of him.

    Loovens, ok, no way i would have him in ahead of big Mjallby, but he looks a right prospect.

    Skippy, again I never said i would pick him over Hartson, but he brings the same amount of goals each season as the big man.

    And I believe Broony will be better than Petrov.

  3. Yep, sat on their * hands again, just like after the double in 88 aswell, thats why I dont understand the flak strachan gets, this all boils down to the board imo.

    The truth is you may be right but we will never really know and the manager always ends up getting the blame when it all goes wrong its sad but true, hes like the buffer between the fans and the board.

  5. This thread has went way off topic.

    Thanks for all the replies about Skippy though, reading through some of your views doesnt make me change my opinion on him apart from maybe ive been slightly harsh on the lazy bit, i still think after next season once we have sorted our main problems we should get rid of him, theres definitely better out there for us.
