    I work in a manual industry so i shower at night to take dirt and sweat from my body and jump into bed clean.

    People who i have met and they work in offices, shops and departments stores tell me they shower in the morning.
    So they go to bed sweaty and dirty.
    Is there a right or wrong to this ????

    You sweat at night so ideally in the morning.

    If you’re barking you need to shower before bed though.

    Always in morning. I work in office and wouldn't be going to bed sweaty or anything at all. I suppose it depends on your body type too, of course.

    I'd only shower twice if I was doing something physically taxing. Anyone who showers twice just cause is wasting water.

    Every morning without fail with a routine that I never deviate from

    If it wasn’t for the L’Oréal energy ‘aufwach kick’ gel I’d be probably dead by now. This stuff man... you wash your face with it - close eyes rub it in there - then rinse = AWAKE

    and yes I do use a spongey thing to wash my body and no I am not homosexual or bi curious as has been levelled at me in the past. But I do like candles ...

    Depends on when i start. If im on before 5am it's a night time shower. On my 9am start it's a morning shower.
