was discussing last night about which movies have a sequel that's better than the original

obviously Star Wars and LOTR (3rd one) came up, my personal opinion is that The Godfather Part II is the best film ever, so better than the original

The Bourne Supremacy, Terminator 2, and Aliens were mentioned.

Usually horror sequels are awful but i agree that the last few Final Destinations were better and i prefered Spiderman3

The Dark Knight was better than Batman Begins.

LOTR: The return of the King.
Austin Powers in Goldmember.
Blade 2.
Bad Boys 2.
Lethal Weapon 4/2.
Spiderman 3/2.
The bourne ultimatum/ supremacy.

 

Got to agree for Terminator 2.Actually IMO Terminator 2 > 1 > 3.
Back to the future 2 is also better than the first one.

 

NATM2 was indeed better than the 1st.
