Packie was a good keeper, thoug the point was about Boruc. One day he will be sold, although we must bear in mind to things; we sell him at the right time in his contract to maximise the income the club colud take; a suitable replacement should be developed/bought/lined up before hand

 

if the cash is good and he wants to go its good business for both parties,we found him we will find another if need be.

 

i would do my upmost to keep Boruc, offer him a mega bucks contract and everything, reject any offers

however if boruc publicly states that he wants to leave celtic then he should be sold as i dont want to see peolpe who dont want to play for celtic football club playing

I honestly think Boruc is a verygood goalie and has been one of the best and consistant team members at the club this season, however I honestly dont feel any unrest in my gut feelings if he does leave although I would expect top money for him.
I would be very uneasy if Nakamura left, for we need talent and quality out on the field like him, in that I have no hesitation to mention.
To me it appears we have difficulty getting quality lethal strikers or other players capable of scoring on a regular basis, even JVoH is having difficulty being available, will this improve or get worse, who knows?
Even when later not long before they left Sutton and Hartson although verygood players in their own rights, were for one reason or other not performing regular, then we get a right good yin Bellamy and we dont sign him?
I guess what I am more or less saying is we need quality durable lethal players that can hit the back of the net, and it should happen before next season starts, for my hunch is we wont get it nearly as easy as we have this season, otherwise!

 

If we can replace him at a profit then we should, and will have to let him go.

Let's face it, at the moment there is so much money in the EPL that even mediocre bottom half teams can tempt away our players and tiny teams like Bolton can afford to spend 8m on a player.

If we get 6m for Boruc then fine. That's a 5.5m profit in 2 years. We can go out and sign another keeper for half the price and use the rest on another quality player.

Not that rare rumour has it Lampard has one for 8 million,i've head Artur has one too and i think just about everyone who has joined clubs like Man City,West ham,Charlton etc etc have relegation release clauses.Ye often hear of players who have a clause in their contract saying that if a club meets the minimum valuation then they can talk to said club.Bellamy had one at Blackburn
