From what I’ve seen and read, I don’t know why we’re pursuing this guy for this amount over other players we’ve been linked with.

Board incompetence is unreal.

 

I'm willing to bet we are trying to get players from a limited range of clubs and agents as some clubs and agents had enough of our arrogant, ignorant, tight-fisted bullshit long ago. You add that to the fact we wait for players in the last years of their contract and/or their club is either in financial disarray or knocked out of Europe, then this is what you get.

Clear as day. The entire board need fired. And by fired I mean by a squad. And by squad, I don't mean a football team.

 

His CEO confirmed not for sale, celtic been informed he will play for them and any deal off.

 

A shame as I think he looked good but they weren't going to sell unless we offered silly money given their other departures.

 

If the players wants to move theirs not a lot they can do apart from agree a deal that’s suitable to them

Not fussed on this one, not surprising they want £6M to think about selling. Lucky if he’s worth half that but cause we’re in the final days clubs can easily up their asking prices massively.

I’d say more for the Breum and Bischoff ones aye but this lad is never worth £6M just now, the last thing we want now is the board shelling out stupid money for players panic buying, seen that show too often before.

We need people in desperately and other clubs know we have money, it’s the board who’s put us into this position of having to overpay when they * about all summer long low balling teams and being embarrassed in the news about doing it.

We have no choice but to either overpay for who we really want or get * that’s offered to us that no one wants.
