Would rather have Ramis, plays in a much better league and does well there. St Ledger is a pretty average CB in my opinion.

Why does everyone want st ledger over Ramis. Ramis plays in a better league against better opposition but then Ramis aint irish thats why no one wants him

I have seen St. Ledger far more times than Ramis thats why i would prefer him, because a know what he can do. I personally dont care if your irish or from Somalia, if your a gd player who will help Celtic to success then your more than welcome.

Imo it doesnt matter what league you play in, if you stand out at that level then its time to step up a level. Just look at the likes of Tim Cahill, Michael Kightly and Bougherra just to name a few, all players who came from what is seen as poor leagues but they are excellent players.

I dont disagree with you but the majority of people on here who want st ledger it is only cos he is irish and all i am saying is if your a good player in a good league its better than being a good player in an average league.

Either or for me. I've seen more of St. Ledger, but I trust that if Ramis has been a regular in his team in la liga, then he should also be pretty solid. Hopefully we get one of them.

I'd rather Ramis for 2.5millions than SSL for 3.5millions.

I think the board will think the same.

Loovens must be for the off I'd imagine.

Thomson is looking a very good prospect & Rogne is highly regarded by Mowbray too.

Hooivelt is obviously a number one pick, but O'Dea is never really going to be good enough.

I'd much prefer this guy than the Spaniard even based on the little I've seen of Ramis. He's from Britain, he can handle himself and he should slot in effortlessly.

I think he would be a waste of money anything over £3 million. We can bite the bate with the rediculous prices that Championship clubs ask for players.
