You clearly haven’t seen the players that have tore up the Championship the last few years...

I clearly have Paul. ( I am actually watching The EFL On Quest now as I do every week). Who has "tore up the Championship the last few years "?

    I could go on...

You could...however it wouldn't prove anything. None of those players are fancied by many down South so it is just "The SPL is *..No The Championship is *"

However to take each of those

How well do you think Charlie did down at Blackburn ? Did he tear it up ?
Pukki. Did very well, however he left Celtic as he couldn't hack it. Fluke and Shitebag
    McLean. ?
John Fleck. Has not tore up the Championship.
Fletcher. Having a great season and fair play to him he has worked hard for it. Has Sinclair got that determination ?
Danny Murphy ? I assume you mean Daryl ? He never tore up the championship and is currently at Bolton ( who are skint) and is hawking "his story" about the papers for money. Was a better penalty taker for us then Henrik though.
I don't think Waghorn even gets in the Derby team nowadays.

All lovely points but the fact is every one of them was either in the Championship team of the year, was one of the best players in the league or scored and assisted shitloads.

Sinclair would tear up the Championship.

Really strange player, must be something mental. He seems top class for his first season at clubs then just drops off completely.

He's unarguably one of our most successful players ever yet will get almost zero respect and won't be seen as an icon. If we stay on target he will leave with 12 trophies, a quadruple treble, having sealed 10 in a row with probably 150+ goals and assists.

    Quite bizarre situation.

He was only given a years extension, that’s if he even sees that out. So it’s hardly 10 in a row sealed is it?

    He wouldn't.

Only to prove this is if he goes to the Championship though.

Based on his performances for the past 2 years, he won't be tearing up any decent standard of league.

Not sure if he just needs a change of scenery to liven him up again, though. Because he appears to have lost all confidence and drive here.

He should go to somewhere like Australia if he wants to tear it up..

Or he could just be a full time PT..

    18 goals and 17 assists season 17/18

    17 goals and 6 assists season 18/19

If Martyn Waghorn and Steven Fletcher are 1 in 2 strikers in the English Championsip then Scott Sinclair would do that no bother.

I'll always be grateful for his contribution. He's a good player that's done a lot of good for us.

We bought him off form and he came good.

I'm sure he'll go somewhere and have an impact again. He needs a move and his career is finished here.

He'll leave with my best wishes.

Waghorn is not a 1in 2 striker, this is Fletcher only season as one.
Sinclair could possibly do well but it depends on drive, he seems to be a player to starts amazingly at a club then goes down a bit.
I think stats are generous to him last season. He scoredcbut lacked energy and in a weaker team would have struggled.

His career is at another club and I wish him the best

13 goals and 4 assists last season, 16 goals and 13 assists the season before.

He’s not far off it and if you think Sinclair is worse than him I don’t really have much in reply to that.

The English Championship is nowhere near the level it should be given how much money floats about that league and guys that have left Scottish football to go down and play there have shone.

At his age, should be in the prime of his career. But had been in decline for past 18 months???? He could rediscover his form but looks like won’t be with us.

The English championship is a house of cards waiting to collapse. BBC article states that clubs are allowed to rack up a maximum of £39 million of debt in any 3 year period. Most of the league clubs are living beyond their means trying to reach the ‘’holy grail’’ of the premier league.

Only a matter of time before it comes crashing down about their ears!

What sort of business is run on that basis........
    Replies on a postcard please.
