Probably our top scoring midfielder for the past three season and biggest contributor in terms of goals and assists throughout entire treble treble.

How many goals did he score against the huns in big high pressure matches?

His experience could have been crucial in a game where young heads were spinning like morgan and johnston

Im not saying he would have saved the match. Im just saying tonight was a night for experienced heads. we had the lead twice. and experience goes a long way.

This club is about to do a bobo balde on us again.

Are they seriously about to let a 30k week too scorer/assist winger rot? While we have Lewis * Morgan playing like a school kid who won a raffle?

    * criminal.

I'd be surprised if a foreign club came to Scotland to scout a 30 year old English winger, so chances are here that we are keeping him. May as well * use him.

The facts simply fly in the face of what you’re saying. He has a proven track record of producing at all levels for Celtic, including the last 18 months.

Over and above all of that, if you’re suggesting Lewis Morgan playing in front of him is the correct decision then I don’t really know what to say.

He has played like a coward over the last 18 months. Has played within himself and constantly looks for the easy option rather than taking on his man.

The fact that Morgan is the next in line says more about our lack of forward planning than it does about Sinclair's invariably pathetic displays of late.

Cowards don’t score and assist as much as he has over the period you’re suggesting.

The fact Lewis Morgan is playing in front of him is an absolutely damning indictment of our managers judgement of a football player and nothing more.

the way he is being treated is *. Cant even make the bench over morgan ffs. * lawwell took the 1 year extension thinking he could make some money back on him, now we have a player costing us 30k a week who cant get a game because the gaffer doesnt rate him. Honestly ye couldnt make it up.

Think Lawwell is looking at moving him on before end if the window. As has been previously said, option on contract was taken to get money for him and it backfired. Can see him moving abroad before the window closes.

A * disgrace the way he's been treated after all he's done in the last 3 seasons

    The
There are different sorts of bravery. He has shown no desire to take responsibility or risks and has played far within his capabilities.

I suspect it's him trying to send a message about work ethic and desire to the squad, but that's not to say I'm happy about Morgan featuring so frequently.

I think that is exactly what we triggered the extension for, and Sinclair knows that. No harm in doing so, but now it's backfired we may as well utilise him, he is better than Morgan and his experience for this game tonight would have been better than Johnston.

Very much doubt we will see a foreign club come in for him, very much doubt considering his family situation, he would move abroad.

Why not? He's sitting at home at the moment and has been treated like *. Considering his age and the window in England being shut for the top two leagues a move abroad may become more appealing to him if he has options to move. Hope as you say mate that we utilise him and get him back in the team but its clear Lennon doesn't fancy him

Just a feeling off the back of previous rumours/stories about his missus wanting to be nearer Manchester in the past and her line of work in the UK, he also has a young kid that he may want to keep in the Uk - to me, seems a more home based family guy.

Sorry but not having him on the bench tonight was utterly abysmal.

We're 3-3 with 10 minutes to go and we bring on Lewis * Morgan, sinclair has been hot and cold i agree, but * me he's still a good player and one of our highest earners, he at least deserves a spot on the bench.

The Club, as far as am aware unless anyone can tell/show me differently, haven't stopped Sinclair being picked or used ahead of Morgan thats down to one individual.

It’s nothing short of disgraceful the way in which our fourth top goalscorer in the 8IAR era has been treated by the board and Lennon.

Scott Sinclair is exactly the kind of winger that would thrive in the attack minded set up Lennon appears to be going for.
Hes not a beat the first man winger like Forrest, he's brilliant at positioning himself as the last man on attacking, flowing moves. That was his whole style the first 18 months. Remove a physically strong centre forward, Dembele, a strong central running midfielder, Armstrong, & a class footballer full of creative guile, Roberts, and what happens? The last 18 months is what happens.
Get him in the team he'll score 15+ this year.

Yeah, strange that we would extend his contract and put him on big wages, then pull him out the side in the hope that he gets bought. Its backfired massively. Will now most likely leave for free.

Crazy he wasn't an option from the bench, Morgan hasn't played at that level at all and it showed.
