Scott Sinclair!

I like him but his performance has been very poor, yesterday I don't know what Lenny was playing at.

However he has been a very good signing for us, he has bagged a serious amount of goals for us.

I think for me he should go at the end of the season as his performances have dipped way too much. There was a wee period when him and Izzy seemed to click and it looked like old Sincy, but that didn't last.

 

Anyone seen Helen Instagram post the night? * * no wonder he looks * at the weekend!

CELTIC winger Scott Sinclair is a target for Middlesbrough.

The 30-year-old is wanted to bolster Boro’s wide options regardless of promotion to the Premier League.


They are looking at a £2million summer deal to bring the ex-Manchester City star back to England after three seasons with the Scottish champions.

Sinclair has one full season on his deal at Celtic Park after the Hoops activated an option to keep him at the club for another 12 months.

They would risk losing him on a free transfer in a year.

Boro are ready to swoop for the 2017 PFA Scotland Player of The Year.

Sinclair’s experience in the top-flight with Aston Villa and Championship promotion with Swansea has put him in Boro’s sights as they build for next season.

I'd sell if we get a decent offer in the summer. He still gets goals but hasn't been effective consistently for a long time now. It's gotten to the point where I genuinely consider Jonny Hayes a more dangerous option in wide areas.

I also think we should be using Edouard just off the striker next season, as I've stated before, and I'm hopeful we'll bring Weah back. If that happens and we sell Sinclair, we're left with wide options of Forrest, Weah, Edouard, Hayes & Shved, with Johnston in reserve and the likes of Dembele and Oko-Flex hopefully starting to break through.

We don't need Sinclair and the wages saved could be used elsewhere.

 

Take them goals out of the squad at your peril.

 

He is 30 and 1 year on his contract. Celtic don't want him and seem to have triggered lphis extra season just to get a fee. I doubt anybody in their right mind would pay 5m.
I think another winger could come in and score those goals or play edouard on the left with Bayo or Griff and you would probably see more goals
