Scott Sinclair!

Thought he was better than he has been for a while. Was more direct and didn’t hesitate as much with the ball.

Still nowhere near his best though.

 

Infuriates me when he throws himself to the ground when what he is doing doesnt come off.
Can see it a mile away.

The annoying thing is, an on form Sinclair could have been the difference today. It could be the difference in Athens too. I hope somehow he is able to regain his form sooner rather than later.

 

Needs dropped for the foreseeable. Much prefer McGregor on the left and Rogic in the middle.

 

I do like mcgregor on the left also.

 

Decent first half, faded badly in the second to the point you wouldn’t know he was on the pitch. Story of his last 12 months really. Quickly running out of time and chances to find his form again for me.

 

I would love to see him on the right wing and just use his pace to get to the line and send a lot of crosses in

 

Played better today first half but was anonymous the second.

 

Done well.

If there’s any positives to take from Tuesday, which is tough to do, Sinclair is one.
He looked like he actually cared and had a bit of desire when the rest of the team (minus Moussa) continued to pass side to side in the dying minutes. When he cut inside and shot I thought it was gonna be a trademark Sinclair goal but it was blocked. Things could have been so much different. Time to kick on now.

 

The return of 2016/17 sinclair would change alot of outlooks quickly

 

Not of form coming back it seems.

Hopefully grows in confidence now.

He's had a good start to the season, very happy for the guy.

 

A bit better today but i still want to see the ruthlessness and clinical finishes from his right foot again.

 

Our most consistent player so far this season.Great goal in the Athens game and a superb assist today.Can see him being involved in a lot more goals this season.

 

Played well the last 3 games, could be more direct though. He used to hit 5/6 shots a game now he's lucky if he hits 2, doesnt cut in and shoot enough.
