    Him ever getting an England call up was a pipe dream he was always way down the pecking order.

    He's lost a yard of pace, his whole game was reliant on beating his man and now he shy's away from it. Still a player there, thought he was good in the first leg but his game has changed quite a bit.

    I don't think he's lost a yard. He's just lost total belief and doesn't make those out to in runs anymore either..

    Kinda just hides on the touch line..

    If it was a kid you'd understand, but he's experienced and 29. We all thought he'd had a dry spell, it happens. We all thought he was maybe burnt out..

    It's been practically a year he's looked nothing like he was though..

    Absolutely, nowhere near good enough!

    His goals in his first season seriously blinded the majority, he was anonymous for large periods even in such a goal laden season. Never known a player to score so many goals while looking totally out of the game.

    Looked through my posts in this thread and from like a month into his time here I was posting about how he was scoring but not really doing much else. Pretty much a mixture of praising him for the obvious qualities he has, but pointing out his obvious weaknesses. It's hard to argue his impressive stats, but a player of obvious quality has to take more responsibility and drive us forward - He just doesn't.

    The game early doors against Motherwell always sticks out to me as an example of what he can do, he ripped them apart that night and looked like creating something every time he touched the ball. Even against City at home he was committing the full back and not looking out of place against the elite.

    He is 1000% good enough to do damage for us in the league, and we have the quality around him which fed and will feed him many of his goals, but he needs to do a lot more to deserve his spot here.

    One possible solution I think could possibly be switching him and Forrest and let Forrest try and cut inside etc and let Sinclair just try beat his man straight down the line and get a decent cross in, a bit more of a simplified role for him lacking in confidence and let's Jamesy be cutting in onto his good foot for a change

    Scott Sinclair on his day is a match winner, Brendan said 3 weeks into last season he knew something wasn't right and he still finished top scorer last season, lets give the guy a chance to get back into the team isn't easy either with a newborn in the house, if still the same form come October and November then he might deserve some sort of time out the team.

    This guy is so * * and predictable...

    Came on against 10 men. The freedom of the left. Their right back basically a centre back..

    Screaming for him no to go inside where they're packed. What does he do? 7/8 * time's goes inside and it comes to fuckall..

    His last attack of the game. Clown goes outside, skins his man and get's a corner..

    * off..

    Does the same thing almost every time, moves towards byline then shuffles inside and shoots or passes
