Its obvious that at some point last season Sinclair and Forrest Freaky Friday'd into each others bodies.

Dunno why Brendan cant see that, going by his substitutions tonight.

What on earth has happened to Sinclair? Couldn't even string a simple pass together and left Tierney exposed at times.

Unless BR was protecting Forrest then I'm not sure why it was him and not Sinclair that came off for Rogic.

Worth a try because to be honest he couldnt be any less effective than he is on the left.

Think if Dembele stays fit and Rodgers goes with a 2, he'll find himself out the team more often than not this season, miles away from the player he was even at the beginning of last season.

I thought he left Tierney exposed because he went to press high but none of his team mates followed. Not saying he had a great game at all, he ran one of play for no apparent reason and fell over the ball at least once. But centrally in McGregor and Ntcham I was really disappointed with their pressing game. They both sat back very deep and offered nothing. Sinclair at least chased guys down for the full 90.
I'd love the chap to come back into form, he had a great first 15/16 months.

You know I said to my mate tonight that Sinclair is always running, but sometimes it’s just running back, not attempting to win the ball or shut down space. Just running.

Annoying thing is he was so clever at positioning in his first season. Dunno what’s happened to that.

Mesut Ozil syndrome. Runs to make himself look active and to avoid a bollocking when the stats are analysed.

He reminds me of Commons. He came in showing quality and is now proving to be inconsistent and a bit of a headless chicken at times. Also has that thing where he takes too much time to receive a pass and the ball seems to always bounce off his feet.

I know it sounds mean but I don't see him getting back into form. I hope he does but after 2 years I'm guessing spending so much time away from his family has taken its toll on him.

Not justifying his wages and he hasn’t been for almost the entirety of 2018.

Players go through bad runs of form, but he’s ripping the * out of it.

Couldn't understand people last week saying he was back. Just doesn't really do...anything.

Need Moussa back asap so that Edouard can play that wider position (when we play the 4-2-3-1). Night and day.

He has pace to burn aswell and scared to beat a man ! just passes the buck back the way all the time with the ball not wanting to take responsibilty and be brave in possession.

This is a make or break season for Sinclair, he is one of our highest earners and has contributed very little in 8 months. If he wants to remain here then he need to get a grip and earn his wage.
