We have Lewis Morgan coming in the summer. Time to cash in on Sincy.

This lasts 2 comments are a * joke. Unless it’s a fishin trip I’ve missed. Sell a player that has contributed the most goals/assists combined over the last 2 seasons. And replace him with a youngster from St Mirren? Aye great shout lads.
29 is not old. Yeah his form has been pretty poor but hey I’ll give him a little slack.

Mental some of the comments in here.

On form he’s our best player. Still our top scorer and will be one of our top assisters as well. He’ll have a big say in the run in.

Same people happy for him to leave are probably the same ones who want us to pay the £8m for Edouard and about £10m for Roberts.

My employer would probably look at the fact I've contributed most statistically over the year and give me some slack, expecting me to pick it up again.

You won't find similar calibre for that price.

At the same time though folk.need to remember he is a winger. Someone in that position getting the goals he has is virtually unheard of for us in recent years.

Players in his position are notoriously inconsistent in general never just mind their finishing.

His return has been terrific and although I'm frustrated with his form I'm trying to remember his contribution. Still think he will return to it. Just needs a couple good games and maybe even for this season to be done with tbh.

Agree his return is actually very good, but the positions he has found himself in and the amount of chances he actually misses is ridiculous.

I know his contribution has been incredible I'm just looking at what I think would be the best option come the end of the season if he doesn't improve. If he doesn't improve and we hang onto him then it is more of a negative than a positive as we could sell get a decent fee and replace. And I know there's not much wingers of the calibre of his form last season for that price but it's still enough to bring in quality. Like I said if his form doesn't improve

It's enough for good quality though mate and who knows maybe we will start spending more so a good fee for Sinclair could contribute towards a fee for a replacement. 4.5m (so they say) got us ntcham. With the talks of us almost getting Roberts for 9m and maybe paying 7 for Edouard we could spend more than sinclairs on a winger. I think Sinclair is a joy to watch on his day and doubt Brendan will sell him but like I said if his form stays like this it would be better for us to cash in and replace. Who knows next season we could have charly nail down lw also have Morgan coming in too which will be rotated id say

Tbh I'm sceptical of how much we'd even get for him.

At 29 and having already been down there id rather persist considering the money we'd get. Wouldn't be much more than we paid IMO.

I don't know tbh have you seen the fees Brighton and Bournemouth have paid for people? I'm pretty sure they've spent 10-12m on players so I'd reckon we could get 5 going off of how much of an asset his goals and assists were to us

You are lucky having such a sympathetic employer .
I have been sacked for a lot less .
I hope he finds his form as he is a joy to watch on form but this season I can only count on one hand the amount of times he was on fire .
