I’d be inclined to not start him next week.

Thing that kinda annoys me about Sinclair these days is when he has the ball he just seems so indecisive about what his next move is and he ends up just running at players hoping to get the break of the ball.

As ever Packy mate your on it, There is no doubt he is no getting the same space as he got last season, Brendan trusts him so therefore so do I. He'll come good in the run in.

He cuts inside and at the moment an unknown quantity. He has good close ball control, maybe an option, or go wi Paddy doing the same. No so sure Jinky or Bobby Lennox were overly blessed in Physicality they got by on skill and speed, something which Charly and Paddy have in abundance. Just a thought mate.

He shat the last game against this mobs..

Fluffed 3 chances and bottled out of tackles with that Tavernier, as well as letting him run off him and be their most dangerous player that day..

For that reason alone he shouldn't play, despite the fact he's been pretty brutal since..

We are probably going to have to roll our sleeves up for this game on Sunday and I don't think Sinclair has the fight in him right now.
Would rather have Kouassi in with Tierney given the full left side.

I agree with you both. Certainly he has been below par like many have been over the past couple of months but I have no doubt he will be a big performer for us in the run in. I think as well as the fact that he is always double teamed now the fact we have had the heart of our attacking options out injured for quite a while now has hurt him as we have not been able to establish the kind of rhythm we had last season in attack. Hopefully Dembele is fully back now but he has basically missed most of the season Griffiths started well but obviously is out now and has missed most of the past few months so we have had no real consistent quality through the middle. Not having the quality and creativity and goals of Rogic and Roberts for so long can't have helped either as well as the dynamic play and goals of Armstrong. Thankfully Rogic like Dembele is back now and hopefully Roberts will mark his return next week as well and with all those attacking options returning to the team we will start to see Sinclair return to form along with the team.

Aye, don't think you can overstate the impact that missing so many key attacking players has had on Sinclair's performance levels.

That being said, he hasn't performed consistently well enough. We know he has the ability to roast anyone in the country which makes it all the more frustrating that he currently seems to lack the confidence to go past his man.
