Musonda should be starting over him now.

No idea what's up with him but you can fairly say he's done next to nothing for months.

I don't think Musonda is ready to be starting weekly, yet.

Will help him more long term by taking him out of the firing line next week.

When is the last time he actually scored or assisted? He has been so ineffective for long enough even if he has pitched with a goal or assist. How many of his goals this season have been penalties? Seems to have scored quite a few pens from what I remember.

Thought it said it all today when Brendan hooked him at half time. A guy who has worked with him at Chelsea, Swansea and now here. Brendan clearly rates him but it was good to see that he can see he is playing * and wasn’t afraid to take him off.

Seen somebody say that you can trace his poor form back to that miss against Huns at Celtic park but I think he was a bit up and down before that

I'm one of his biggest fans but not doing it at all and has been for sometime living on last seasons glory's ,
worst man in the team , everything that was good about him has gone..used to be able to drop a shoulder and beat a man now offering nothing...lacking confidence or doesn't want to be there.

I think Rangers will try and play to win, rather than just shut up shop and get shelled. Musonda showed enough for me in his brief app's against Zenit that when he has a bit more space he can do his thing, which I think would happen should he start next week.

He's not yet mature enough to start, imo.

It's a massive game for him next week IF he plays.

He's had Tavernier's number most time he's played them, but that * is admittedly on decent form this season and Sinclair has been struggling the past couple months.

If EVER there was a time to find his form again, it is this game. Please, please, please, let it be this game.

What?! He's as far removed from a left winger than Rogic is, he plays centrally, that's the problem. Sinclair isn't being doubled up on, he is taking up a position between RB, CB, RM and RCM - that's why he has no space, he is playing in areas that are ram packed when SPL clubs have 11 men behind the ball.

Seen it said loads of times now, how his fall from grace in unbelievable. For me, his performances, for 90% of matches this season, have been carbon copy of last season. Bar the goals. His incredible goal return masked his largely anonymous performances. And you only get away with that if you're putting the ball in the pokey consistently, this season is testament to that.

Rodgers needs to take some of the blame, his tactics are hurting Sinclairs overall game. He might not be the England winger many think he is/was, but he is three times the player of the majority of SPL defenders. We need to play to his strengths, let him isolate full backs, run at people from space. He has the ability, we just aren't doing the right things to showcase it.

Agree with this. As good as he was overall last season, he wasn't playing brilliantly every week. Felt like you couldn't criticise his performances last season because as soon as you mentioned any fault in his game you'd get shouted down by people going on about his goals as if that absolved him of any criticism. This season he hasn't scored as much so his weaknesses are a lot clearer

50/50 on whether he should start or not, his confidence is rock bottom but he always seems to play well against them. Bit of worry him getting the hook at half time against morton

Some of the comments on here are scathing and pretty embarrassing. There’s no problems to criticise players when they aren’t playing 100% but a bit of constructive. Punt him, not interested, does nothing. Get a grip. The lad is having a poor run and the manager has dropped him. Hopefully to come back fresher and hungrier. And he will bang in a few more before the seasons out.

Still think ges brilliant, he just stopped running by players. Its weird because hes brilliant and nobody goes by and into the box like him. Hes just stopped doing it recently. Poty curse has struck again.

I 100% would not start him next week.

Give Musonda the chance, as others have said, he’s a bit lightweight but his talent should shine through against these clowns.
