BR on @Scotty_Sinclair coming off: "Once we got the third goal, I thought there was no point in taking any more risks. It was clumsy tackle. We felt it was precautionary in taking him off and hopefully he should be fine."

  2. Looked back to his best today imo

Absolute garbage. Goes missing too often in big games.
Starting to see how he was struggling to get a game at villa.
Needs to up his game big time.

  4. Hard to tell who was worse between Sinclair and Armstrong.

Has genuinely done nothing of note since he won POTY last season.

  5. Would want us ti switch ti a 352 dropping him for a few games

Lacking penetration but to be fair, he can’t seem to isolate one man these days. Double up on religiously.

We don’t seem to counter attack as much to get best use of his pace either

Deservedly hooked at half time been constantly running into people and giving the ball away all season and it just gets worse in cl games, makes Roberts absence worse as it would have been great to be able to bring him on.

It's a pity tae, because when he's on his game he's such a great player to watch. :54:

He's just having a bad spell. He's a brilliant player and will come good again.

  12. Brendan said he's been feeling tight recently. Maybe that's restricting him or worrying him to the extent he doesn't want to full pelt it?

Hope it's something like that. His passing of the buck to KT in the big European game's is poor from him as well as his lack of idea's..

    Still rate him highly but..

  13. He's constantly playing inside to offer KT a run at the wing its not his game at all

  15. His goal at the death in Belgium was absolutely crucial. Imagine if Anderlect had needed a 2 goal victory to go through? Heart in mouth time....

  16. He's been doing that since the qualifiers at the start of the season. Didn't like it then and sure as * don't like it now.

He runs down the wing like lightning, not spinning around in the middle of the park before sending it back to the full back.

  17. He didn't have a good first half by any stretch but I'd have persevered with him after a half time up to the hour mark or so. With Anderlecht needing to come out a bit more and attack in the second half we could have done with his pace for break-aways but when you replace him with Rogic, the overall pace up the top end of the pitch drops dramatically.

  18. There is no way he can be as good as he was last season to what he is now, he'll come good again I'm sure of it.

One of his biggest strengths is his ability to take a player on and run at the opposition at pace, that directness is invaluable to the team, but when he's not on his game or seems low in confidence then it's a big loss, i'm sure Brendan will get him back to his best.

  20. Looks like he needs a rest.
