And for ability in respective positions, you could add Brown, KT and Jozo to the lost of players whonare atleast as good as him for me. Maybe Griff too

I'd agree. Maybe not necessarily above but those players are there or there abouts

Agree something he very much lacks in, his miss last season at home to BMG an example of that.

You'd think under Brendan that would improve though as Brendan always stresses to the players to remain calm and believe in their own ability when they're out on the pitch. However time and again Sinclair lets his lack of composure get the better of him. Hopefully it's something that he rectifies because I admit if he does and starts to improve his first touch, passing and decision making in Europe then he'll be a terrific player for is. Big IF though on the evidence we've seen so far from him in Europe. Another big reason why we really need Paddy back who has composure in front of goal in abundance.

To be honest I think his composure overall is good, it's when he has no time to think, is when he lacks composure. Most of his goals last season were when he took a few touches, and bent it around the keeper, or smashed it by him. When he has no time to think, he more often than not squanders the opportunity. I love Sinky, but it will cost us at one point. Hopefully that's an area, as you say, of improvement for the guy.

I wouldn't say he's he's easily our best player. I would say arguably though. Personally, I don't think he is but I understand why others do.

I know you don't think he is, but Armstrong is definitely not in that bracket yet. He has the potential to be but not yet for me.

I wouldn't say those players you listed are above Sinclair in level. I'd say they're in the same bracket as him. I'd also include Brown with those players too.

    What a problem to have!

... It seems that you do give a 'flying hoot' what others think of your opinion.

Personally, I think you vastly undervalue Sinclair. He is one of the first names on the team sheet for a reason. Enjoy him.

Frustrated me no end attacking wise at times the other night but what would you know it, gets a bit of space, drives at their defence and sets up a goal?

That is Sinclair all over and it is the sign of a top quality player. Not to mention his defensive work was out of this world last half hour. Few players will best him for pace.

Would like to see the stats, always felt he plays better alongside Dembele than Griffiths.
Not taking anything away from him though, his direct running into space makes him vital

Needed his goal today, could tell it was really getting on his nerves! Works so hard for the team and that was evident today again. Love him.

The way he created McGregor's goal was outstanding.

His run from deep to set up mcgregor was quality, similar to his assist v Rosenborg

That turn and sprint for the McGregor assist was superb.

Completely agree. You can see it get's to him a bit and which is why why it was vital he scored straight after one of his misses back off the keeper..

See the few posts above and I have to disagree for the most part. An on-form Sinclair vs an on-form Brown, Griffiths, Dembele, Tierney... ect., I think Sinky's our best player, and the best player in Scotland. Maybe hasn't started the season as effective as he was the past one, but still needs to time to get into 100% fitness and into his rhythm.

I wouldn't say he's easily our best player, but I think talent and effectiveness wise, he's above all in Scotland.

Needs to work on his finishing. It's pretty horrendous at times.
