[No Link] Scott Sinclair

We'll have a full week/week and a half to register new players. I'm confident we'll have something sorted, Sinclair or not, for the next round(whether it be CL or EL)

 

Don't get me wrong, I love speculating on this stuff too, that's why I'm on these forums.

But when you see people getting upset because we've made a '5th bid of £3m' just because some * sports reporter pulled a few numbers out his *, it's a bit daft. Folk ought to take these things with a pinch of salt

 

We wouldn't be struggling to get through the qualifiers if the board had gotten their finger out by now. Astana tie is by no means in the bag so to speak. And if we don't get through that there is no EL or CL

Hopefully, but even at that it's * poor. We need to get signings made early to bed them in, rather than throwing them in at the deep end.

 

It's unrealistic to think we can get signings ready for these games though mate, even if we have them in really early. It just depends on the player and whether they are the type that can hit the ground running or not. Very few can I would say.

I think when we got VVD in we managed to get him in really early and he still had a horrendous start. Many on here thought he was a dud, and this was a guy that was highly ambitious, kept himself fit and signed early.

People wonder why we didn't have Toure in earlier.. probably because Toure was lying on the beach in the scud with his iPhone next to him on silent.

 

Would have loved us to have brought in St. Juste think he would have been VVD mark 2.

Looks like #Celtic have put another bid in for Scott Sinclair, this time around the £3m mark. Over to Villa now.

Could see the add ons pushing the fee up to 4m

 

It's the English market. Any other team that got relegated would be snapping your hand off to take a player who's benched to revitalise there squad

 

Getting boring now. If Villa won't lower their valuation it's time to move on.

 

Aye 5th bid at 3mill, fair enough that's what we value him at, but if villa don't accept today/demand way more, then just move on celtic.

How's it a joke that we have bedded 4 times. Don't hear anyone saying man utd joke when bedded 4 times to get Pogba. At end of day man utd still not confirmed Pogba deal amd that's been going for over a month now. It's mature of beast transfers take time agents chairman and all sorts behind scenes. And if bid 3 million with add ons probably more like 4 million in the end....

 

exactly patience is needed we all wanna see it happen quickly by why shouldn't villa hold out for best price
