Don't think people are panicking about spending money, people are thinking about value for money. Sinclair was a great player "years ago," can he come good again, maybe he can or maybe he won't it's a gamble I'm sure people wouldn't complain had we agreed to pay £4m for Sisto or Kaputska or any player that people seen as worthy, people wanted Joe Allen here

It's a no brainer is what it is.

However, I do think we need to relax and let Pistol Pete get to work. Remember when he got Armstrong and GMS in for a combined £1.2m or so? Everyone in here (myself included) was complaining. We wanted him to fork out the £2.5m for the pair and get them in and stop * around.

I know those signings haven't exactly worked out but the point remains. Let Pete do what Pete does best.

If we sign him today and register him for Europe next week, does that mean Toure won't play? As far as I'm aware, it's only 1 wildcard signing you're allowed to include. Or is that pish?

 

if celtic went about signing players the way us fans wanted we would be bankrupt in one window.

Yesterday he said Sinclair was in Glasgow. Seems like another pish talker.
