Homerbhoy, I sincerely don't believe it's what you're making it out to be.

I, for one am prepared to see what ensues, but the chief reason for many others is his abrasive personality, not religion. That's just silly.

Granted, some may link that in their minds eye with the perception that he doesn't seem madly passionate about the club at times, but that's as far it goes in reality.

MON took us from Zero to Hero. Strachan was simply burdened with following on from this, and imo, has done pretty well.

It's mere psychology at work here, rather than sectarianism.

MON might not have been able to do what Strachan has done since, and Strachan my not have been able to do what MON did previously. We'll never know.

Nickyg i agree mate, potentially we have one of the best central midfielders in britain in our team, the lad needs time.
Look at Gattusso when he was at that other mob and look how he developed.
The midfield needs work no doubt and on current form cant believe Milan once paid 10 mill for Donati, but he deserves support to still his first
season. if we get Robson maybe his signing will fire up the rest of the midfield.
