    I trust Ronny with this if it happens so I'll back him. From what I've seen his best attribute is finding a good pass which could be quite useful, I keep imagining Griffiths getting great service from him but only time will tell.

    I saw somebody say that on KDS. People seemed to accept he knew what he was talking about.

    but * knows.

    Delivery is excellent. Surprisingly fast as well considering I've seen many refer to him as slow.

    I am not against this signing but if we are going to sign a player to play in the hole then I want to sign someone better than what we have. I rate him as a player as he has class but so does Stokes who I think would be more effective in the 10 position. Still knowing Delia he will probably stick him in nets

    All of those can be easily countered;

    1 – he’s not being brought in for a first team spot, he’s being brought in because we need a squad that has enough quality to challenge on 3 domestic fronts and compete in Europe
    2 – success in the premiership doesn’t always translate to success with us. success in any league doesn’t even always translate to success with us!
    3 – we are sending 2 squad players to hibs, as well as a few others likely to leave before the end of the window. Why leave ourselves short? (see response to point number 1)
    4 – a step down in quality, yes. but a full season of playing 30-40 games (even in the championship) is better for his development and 10-15 games for us and a similar number of 10min cameos
    5 – I’ve only seen one person on this board who overrates him. In terms of the media overrating him, I haven’t seen much of this either.
    6 – McGregor is reportedly on 14k a week. 7k for allan seems less of a joke when compared to that
    7 – why does this even matter?
    8 – how are we pricing mc geouch at 500k? that’s hilarious. Hibs could have him for free at the end of the season, and we’d probably let him go for pittance if someone actually bid for him. At a push, the value of our offer is 500k (cash + mc geouch) and the loan of a good prospect that benefits us as much as hibs, and hibs are happy with that offer. It’s hardly an unreal evaluation
    9 – player hands in transfer request to get a move and help progress his career. Shocking! I’d rather sign a player who was honest enough to hand in a transfer request, instead of a player who has his agent or fiends release comments to help engineer a move because that player doesn’t want to forfeit his ‘loyalty’ bonus
    10. – west brom (a premier league club) were willing to pay around 400k 4 years ago for him. That much for a 18/19 yr old from Scotland with 12 professional matches under his belt, it’s a pretty big fee. Oh, and see response to point number 8 as to how we are not paying anywhere near 900k for him

    Sorry, but literally all of your arguments stink to high heaven.

    No wonder, its probably the most hilarious transfer we've made since Scott Brown when the huns also went into meltdown as they had been wanking over him for months and were buzzing about signing him only to be swiftly booted in the baws and laughed at.

    Everyone just choking to get a good laugh at them even fans who arent bothered about him signing in terms of actually getting a game.
