He'll be as much a regular as Scott Allan will. Rotation player at best.

some * need to calm the * down in here.

He aint CL quality and tbh either are some in our team atm, considering the amount of money we have * away in recent years this is * all....I mean Balde, pukki etc the wages and fees where unbelievable and they where utter *.

This guy has been brung in for squad rotation and to see if ronny can get more out him,if not its not the end of the world, considering the low fee and wages.

He might be a hun lover but as long as he pulls on that shirt and tries his best I will be right behind him, the moment he doesn't try he will feel the * wrath.

If the guy signs he could be with us long term, and tbh the zombies wouldn't want him after this anyways.

Give the bhoy a chance to prove himself before you go of your * trollies.....this isn't our CL signing ffs....im pretty sure within the next few weeks we will be linked with a couple of proven players that are CL material

Honestly though, Dylan McGeouch looked like a star in the Championship, didn't he? And what has he achieved with us?

I could understand the signing if he were a breakout player at the age of 18 or 19, but he isn't. He's 24, so he isn't a prospect.

    Aye, he's older than McGeouch.

He didn't impress at all down south. In weak teams too.

The terms of the deal are still to be revealed, with Hibs keen on their former striker Anthony Stokes and midfielder Dylan McGeouch, who spent last season on loan at Easter Road.

Part of the deal for allan??

I would think he would go down south or get a bigger club coming in for him

would be great to see stokes back at hibs just hope we put in a clause so that all our players cant play against us in any cup games

Dont see the big issue. If it turns out to be £275,000 then thats absolute peanuts compared to what we paid for guys like balde, pukki and boerrigter. He adds strength.

I also get that he's different to what we have already, but surely we could look for a player of similar style except better? Maybe someone in the £1.5 million to £2 million range?

Take away the fact that we're "sticking it to" a * tribute act and what you're left with is a confusing, underwhelming transfer of a guy who looks decent in a mediocre league.

I saw Hibs a few times and Allan looked much better than McGeouch.

I've not seen Stokes mentioned as part of this deal at all, anywhere.

You think so? I think he easily looked the best player in the league in his position.

Considering it's 275k and probably less than 10K a week, i don't see the problem with this signing despite not thinking he is better than any of our current midfielders. Is he fast? If so don't see a problem with him rotating with armstrong on the left or right.

So we're giving Hibs Henderson on loan and McGeough permanently.

I'm really disappointed in that:54: We should give them McGregor on loan as well to get it right up the Sevco limited and there promotion hopes:smiley-laughing002:

The thing you're forgetting Sonny, is that the powers that be in our club most likely actually want Sevco back up in the SPFL. It would mean more money via TV rights, a definite spike in our season ticket sales and more interest in our game.

Watching Hibs matches against the huns and Hearts, I have to say I was more impressed by Allan, Cummings and Stevenson than I was McGeouch.

And at Hearts I was more impressed by Patterson, Sow and Ozturk.

Don't think he stood out at all really.
