i have waxed lyrical about this boy on here for a long time and have had to hold back a bit lately with him looking like going to the huns . Let me tell you , he will be an exceptional player here .

As long as he keeps his blood glucose levels steady, then it shouldn't be a problem. The club doctors and nutritionists will sort him out in that way.

The first time i seen him was in the playoff game with Rangers, and truthfully, i thought he was * and couldnt believe the subsequent clamour among their fans to sign him.

He reminded me of Forrest without any end product.

I think its an embarrassing reflection on how low the Scottish game has dropped esteem wise, that the headlines are about the squabble over a player worth less than half a million!.

When i see it on SSN or the Beeb Sports News, it makes me cringe.

 

I find it funny how this 'massive R*ngers fan', Allan, has played for Hibs (Founded by an Irishmen), Dundee United (Founded by the Irish Catholic community of Dundee) and possibly coming to us. Got to hurt them.

Nah mate, he really is a good player. There's no way we'd put in that offer if he wasn't either. Whenever I've watched him, he's been brilliant, the real standout in Hibs team and as far as the playoff games go, the whole Hibs team shat it collectively over both games.
I really think we are getting a bit of a bargain with signing him, only thing is, of course, he's a bluenose. Still he seems like a pro and I see him being a big player for us eventually, he really does have good vision and passing in particular, gives Hibs a proper cutting edge into danger areas from deep. I think we need more quality at CM as well. It's all good.

He is ok when you look at that, but considering the level of opposition and the amount of appearances he has made, you have to say....'is that it?'

Also, his goals tally is woeful for a forward midfielder or whatever he is....truly woeful.

 

Dude, he's a playmaker who can play at CM and CAM and he generally prefers to set other players up going by what he said to the media last season, he enjoys assists as much as goals, which when you think about it is a pretty brilliant attitude to have. Stubbsy actually had to get on at him to score more, which he started doing but he's mainly a playmaker and a * good one. I think some folk just don't like the idea of a hun playing for us no matter who talented they are so they try to tell themselves they're *. It's a shame cus he obviously isn't, I really think he could be a good player for us, he is clearly the kind of player we need more of at CM, when you consider Johansen is best at CAM and Hendo needs a year out on loan with constant first team football and Rogic is an unknown at CM, although I think he'd be good there with a few additions to his game. That's not to mention injuries etc. So, despite the fact the guy supports them, I think if he signs he would be a pretty decent player for us.

 

The meltdown will be funny but Allan is still *.

 

Just realised, this thread is pointless. It's like a blackhole for debate, any reasonable points made that reach the 'event horizon' redshift into an infinity of "he's * *!!" to quote Lector. Lol, mental.
