    Exactly..

He won a watch coming here on the wages he has, which is why we can't get rid of him..

Living in Glasgow. Out all the time by all account's, and will never get a wage like he has here again..

And as a player, no matter what he think of him, he must still have been hopeful that an injury crisis or a player sale or two and he could have made it, like Christie did. He surely has some confidence in his ability, hopefully more than I have in his ability!

I was speaking in footballing terms, he’s wasted roughly three years of his career with us.

he'll be a good signing for where ever he goes ( hibs or aberdeen ) but its just not going to happen here for him unless theres a major injury disaster

I think that is about right. His contract is up with us at the end of the season so either he is sold this month for a nominal fee or he is off in the summer for nothing on a free transfer anyway.

What's he wasted? He is getting well paid and was, in football terms, a couple of injuries or suspensions away from getting another go at a club he was never good enough for. Three years on, he is still set to get a move to a team like Hibs, a team that is probably the height of his realistic ambition, better off and with the experience of being a Celtic player.
The only possible downside, from his point of view, is that he may feel that he might have made an international call-up or two if he had been starring at Hibs, but even he would realise there are several ahead of him, especially as some of them were at Celtic too.

The opportunity to play regular first team football. I have no doubt he'll be happy with the wages he got with us and probably thought he deserved a chance, but most footballers want to play as regularly as possible.

Funny enough, put him in this Hun team and he improves them so much. Genuine creativity and passing from midfield is exactly what they lack.

He could have left, if it was that important to him.

He did leave, even if it was temporarily.

Neil Lennon fears he is fighting a losing battle in trying to get Scott Allan back to Hibs.

The Easter Road gaffer wants to sign the Celtic midfielder either on loan or on a permanent deal as part of his preparations for the second half of the Hibees’ Premiership season

Allan is free to leave Celtic with his contract expiring in the summer.

Despite the belief the 27-year-old will quickly return to Hibs after a successful stint last term, Lenny warns he may not.

Hibs have already snared Ryan Gauld on loan from Sporting Lisbon in this transfer window and
Lennon said: “There’s no inevitability about us signing Scott at all.

“There is a lot of talk about it and he’s a player we all admire here but it’s about availability, cost and whether he wants to come.

Those avenues haven’t really been pursued yet.

Scott and Ryan are similar types of players but if I could get the two of them, I wouldn’t be complaining.

“At the moment, it’s still just speculation but I think Hibs is a club that’s been very good for Scott and he’s been good for Hibs too.”

Just hurry up and get him out of the club along with the other deadwood, not helping us and certainly not helping his career only his bank balance along with many others.

Don't want him to goto Hibs anyway.

Defo wasted his talent, amazing passer of the ball one of the best in the country.

I don’t care where he goes as long as he leaves.
