Scott Allan

Discussion in 'Ex Players' started by Officer Doofy, May 28, 2015.

  1. Agreed...Rodgers said I WANT HIM TO STAY...
Maybe Scott wanted to go and Rodgers agreed to a loan.
He is still a Celtic player, and will be end of this season.
So I can't see how Rodgers looks silly.
Maybe our manager wants better players than a guy who was playing well in Scottish Championship when we signed him?
We all moan about 'Quality over quantity', so let our manager do his job.
I trust Rodgers, it's a loan, Allan could be a great player for Celtic next season
    :shamrock:

    He is....
    This is a loan remember

  2. He's pish. Will do * all down there n end up at falkirk or some * like that.

  3. Crilly

    Crilly Hakuhna matata

Thought he looked really good pre season, would've liking him to be given more of a chance

  4. Won't lose sleep over this, but feel a bit for the guy, why was he bought? Ronny seemed to not fancy him, yet, I presume, it was Ronny that identified him? Just a bit strange.

  5. Signed him to flex our financial muscle to hurt Sevco and hoped it would also add a decent player to the side.

Opened up the forum, see the most recent post was in the thread "Welcome to Celtic, Scott..."

Immediately thought we had finally signed Scott Sinclair. :52:

  7. Another £1million well spent:87:

  8. I expect someone to come in if he's off. Deffo another central player. That'll be him, Henderson likely on loan as well, Rogic maybe no signing a contract, Johansen pretty much off and Commons as well not really fitting in, on the decline and Brendan probably won't fancy him..

  9. Said it at the time he wasn't good enough. Was only bought as a * you to the huns.

  10. I still don't believe that for a second..

He was never being allowed to join the Huns from Hibs anyway..

  11. Wee bit gutted. You'd imagine this is a precursor for a move there at the end of the season, he's not a young player. Must not be fancied but I trust the managers judgement.

  12. McGregor went on loan and did very well a hope it's the same
    Situation

  13. He can still be in his plans... A seasons loan isn't that bad it shows he's still thinking of his progress and maybe to come back and make an impact in his team that's the way I see it

  14. He cost us around 200k.....:97:

Still think the boy deserved a chance.

  17. I was in a good mood until I saw this.
I am not happy about this at all.

  18. I thought sevco bid more than that for him and mcgeough and the Henderson loan part of the deal also maybe ive read a deal worth £1million somewhere I ain't beyond reproach ,either way more money wasted on a player who was never gonna make it here

  19. Would've liked to see him stay but there are far too many midfield players so inevitably some will be loaned if not moved on permanently.

  20. The night is even better for seeing this.
