Has there been anything other than what Paul tweeted about it? Cause in fairness he has tweeted some amount of * in his time

 

just in general he wants game time if he's not getting it here he will move on elsewhere.

was dissapointed in this signing and didnt see the point in it at the time.always thought he was overhyped and overated by the media and fans.even had one fan desrcibe him and say hes a scott brown who can score goals only to check and see he onlyscored 2 for hibs.

dont know why stubbs wont just take him off our hands as he knows the player well.then again if he lights up the championship we can keep him.

The opposite of that would be, there is usually a reason why so many managers keep selecting the same player, ie Ambrose, but what the reason is i don't know.

If going by what we have read and whats been quoted, looks like Brendan is just making room in his squad rather than wanting to get rid of Allen next!!

We have according to reports considered bids for Biton, Johansen, Commons and Henderson. Rogic has yet to agree a new contract as has Forrest.

And with reports Biton wants to stay and interest in Johansen cooling, i think he was released on loan to clear decks because the others havent moved on yet.

Season long loan pretty pointless... If hes not good enough this season I wouldnt expect a season fighting relegation in the poxy Championship will do him much use.. Maybe there is a buy option...?

 

Would we have brought Murphy back if he had the season he had with Ipswich if it was a loan?

 

Great move for Celtic, Scotty himself and hopefully Rotherham!
If he does superb (Like McGregor did down there) in a year we have a better player who has played a full season in a HARD league. So he comes back to us better, or we sell him. Either way with Rodgers wanting a smaller squad, he will know what players to say goodbye to (Cole, CKR, Mulgrew etc, em Šćepović?) but keep the ones he can see something in, just in-case.

Rotherham are paying his full wage as part of the deal I have read a few times on Twitter now. This deal is done I believe....

 

He's out the door, be a years loan and if it works out well Rotheram will buy him. Down in the pecking order at Celtic, Ronny didn't fancy him and obviously neither does Rodgers.
Still begs the question why was he bought, seemed like Ronny certainly didn't want him.

 

Won't lose any sleep over this, he's not good enough.

 

You've got to wonder why he's never had a run of games.

Our midfield has been dreadful for ages and he still hasn't been given a chance, I really don't understand it.

 

Shame as I like him but frees up wages for better players.

 

think it was the Utd game last season where Allan,Christie and Roberts all played and the 3 where immense.....the guy has potential..

 

At least it's another player out the door. Rodgers will have to be ruthless when it comes to selling/loaning players.

The sooner we trim the squad the better.

 

He should be more interested in shipping out the deadwood instead of some of the brighter prospects .
