Aye he deserves a chance to start a game, shocking that its near March and he's not even started a single domestic game out of about 30.

Im looking forward to his next 20 minutes as a sub next month :50:

Neither Bitton nor Brown are defensive midfielders, besides that we need two of their ilk in the middle in the SPL because every team we come up against will by and large play 3 central midfielders, if we play with just a bitton or brown with Allan or someone else in beside we will get overrun.

It really is . The amount of times we get on a break but lack the guile in CAM to pick the correct ball/time the pass right - with Allan on the pitch we would create far more clear cut openings from those breakaways.

True. Johansen is too hit and miss. Broony always looks unlikely and Bitton has stopped them..

Just play the guy, he showed more in 30mins than Armstrong has in 30 games.

For sure. It would be very confusing if he didn't start Friday.

Only hint Ronny gave is he likes to start with 'safe' players who will graft and do the less glamorous stuff to secure the points and bring on the entertainers later.

I just want our most effective players on the pitch, don't care if they're grafters or entertainers.

Our other 3 options are Forrest/Armstrong/McGregor. Aren't they already out due to form?

Unless he switches GMS to left so Roberts can play.

You don't need runner's to beat a rotten Accies side. They have plenty of them too..

We need flair player's absolutely shredding them to * and then bring them off, save them and get the runner's on to finish them off..

The 3 that finished the game, absolutely annihilate Accies on Friday..

It won't happen, but it should..

Wouldn't that be amazing. Ronny said let's * do it! And the 4 of them totally ran amok. That would have to be our new attack :icon_mrgreen: Dream title run in.

    This.

I think some people are underestimating other SPL sides.

Most will have some brawlers in there, particularly ICT who have always had big * like Tansey and Draper. As you say they aren't even natural defensive mids, IMO. We still need them there though.

He's managed to assist 5 goals in just 350 minutes at us, over 15 appearances.

He has some eye for a pass.

Why he can't trust one of these lads at a time I don't know.

Give them a game ffs, they know their way around the SPFL.

Both Armstrong and Allan are to blame for that goal. Armstrong especially.

He put Allan in all sorts of bother with the short corner but Allan failed to react to it.
