There's no way Allan escaped scot-free, but the majority of blame goes to Armstrong who's continually * corners were crowned by this beauty. £10k a week or thereabouts and he can't kick a fkn ball into 4 or 5 six foot players, needs his balls kicked.

Allan is a talker as well. Something all the other players are incapable of , bar Broony. His only problem is he doesnt fit into RD's philosophy. You can tell by his body shape (similar to Commons) that he is never going to be pacy, aggressive or a "run for 90 minutes" player.

But he is just what we need. A player who can disguise a forward pass instead of playing an obvious sideways one.

Deila will need to change his thinking if he is to play Allan. I hope he does.

    Please start ahead of Armstrong.

Thats because Deila doesnt know what hes doing. The most important players in the shape he is trying to play are clever inside forwards i.e. lockpickers. We need footballers not workers.

Him and Tierney are the only refreshing things about this squad atm. Would start Allan on the left ahead of Armstrong for just now, but can see him playing the no.10 role in the future.

Been waiting 18 months for deila to change his way of thinking. Don't think it's going to happen any time soon sadly.

I see what you are saying, he is quicker than commons though by a distance, albeit what 6/7 years younger.

He definitely has more of a defensive brain i think. Looks like a classy player that always wants the ball and won't go hiding.

Doesn't need to change his thinking, Rogic is getting a lot of game time and doesn't fit "RD's philosophy".

Saying that, I wouldn't mind Allan starting in there behind the striker against Hamilton and see how he does, although he did link up well with KT out on the left.

Welcome another player with a bit of creativity as at times we are a very tedious team to watch.

Dont really agree with that. Rogic fits exactly into the sort of player RD wants. Quick, can get up and down the park and can press the game. He just cant do it for more than an hour at a time just now.

Allan is very different. He will sit in and pick out passes, he will move up and down, but not at the pace RD wants the team to play at.

I would have a player like Allan in the side all day long, as someone said before, we need players who can make passes ahead of making runs.

Has a real eye for an incisive forward pass. We need that type of creativity .
