Ok I know he * up but I'd have him in that role anyday. In 2 short glimpses he's shown the vision "some" of us knew he had and what no one else in our team has..

He * up, I know it and so does he. But he was brave on the ball and we shoulda been outta sight before that mistake, which was no fault of his..

Was his fault for the goal but it happens, he's played about an hour of football for us. Within about a minute of being on he created the best chance of the game and was looking for the ball all the time. I'd consider starting him at the weekend.

It was silly to take the corner and lose the ball for the goal.

From when he and Mulgrew came on, we were so much better.

Losing the ball at the edge of their penalty box wouldn't normally end up so meaningful.

Can't blame him for the Ajax second, why wait on Boyata, Simunovic and Mulgrew getting into the box to then play a short corner, which gave Allan no time, completely pointless.

Bar that he always looked to get the ball going forward, hope to see more of him now.

Liked him tonight. Running with the ball, taking men on, turning, forward passes.

It's what we should expect but this team has been dire for ages and it was nice to see.

the pass deserved the goal. armshit should have crossed it knowing we had most of our team in the box.

The game really turned around when he came on. Unfortunate to be involved in the mistake that led to their goal. Really hope he gets a lot more game time from now on, he's very promising.

The game was tailor made for him with the way we set out.

His first touch, putting Griffiths through on goal, was just an example of his vision and quick thought.

Should have started imo, but should have been brought on earlier when he didn't.

The entire midfield between then didn't have the ability to thread a pass until he came on.

Get him on from the start next game, he's better than most of the * we've got in our squad.

Was poor for the goal, but sublime passing.

I thought it was Armstrong, his corners are a disgrace, and what he was doing I'll never know, let's put up 4 guys over 6 feet and take a short one.

He did well. But won't play more than 15 minutes again until we have 4 midfielders out once more.
