Is that the NAB your talking about? If so there should be a practice NAB in the textbook somewhere, that was the most useful for me mate :50:

what is is with the search for the short cuts & getting the answers from the net... Don't they encourage you guys to read the book in school anymore?

C'mon. Seriously? Shakespeare is the man... though as we know it wasn't that prat from Stratford-upon-Avon, but that is another story. Shakespeare's plays are enthralling, intoxicating, exciting, funny, dramatic & tragic. They cover the entire spectrum of the human condition... almost. Admittedly, I am not as big a fan of the sonnets as of the plays, but the genius is undeniable. What in particular is it about Shakespeare that has you vexed?

You don't need to drop English just because you missed 1 play, you will have other texts to use in the exam so stick with it

Past papers mate. If you can do most/all the unit 1 questions from these the NAB will be a piece of * (and if you understand the majority of the stuff that's taught day-in-day out they usually are anyway as they're set around minimum for a grade C, or were when I did Higher Maths).

Probably don't even need to do past papers for the NAB. Is this your first one? Because NABs are the easiest things going, especially the early ones about line gradients and stuff like that.

Done Macbeth in Standard Grade and actually enjoyed it. Then again, the teacher we had was brilliant :56: Aye you's read that right :icon_mrgreen:

Unit 1 stuff should be pretty simple, wait till you get to optimisation, that * will * you up seriously. Have to do it in third year economics as well, i get it now but its quite difficult.

Unfortunately no one can help me with my 5000 word essay due in under a month on the east india company and their use of sepoys, i can't stand getting the required sources for my bibliography as well as referencing. So i know what your thinking about english man, needing quotes and things drives me bonkers.

Try the Iraq Body Count mate, also use google scholar and search for key words, depending on your course you may be required to use APA referencing or Harvard, worth looking into as if you are at a good uni like Glasgow/Strathy they will punish you for it. Hope this helps.
