    I honestly don't know what it is with Samaras mate. I've seen some players in the past who were inconsistent but I don't remember ever seeing a player who was as up and down as Samaras is. He's either very temperamental or his confidence is made of glass because he can switch from good to absolute pish from minute to minute.

    When he first signed for us I was genuinely pleased and excited about what he was going to do. The goal he scored on his debut was an absolute cracker and I thought we had a real player on our hands.

    I stuck by Sammy for about 2 years and defended him quite a few times after * performances but I've just reached the end of my rope now. It's got to the point where it just * me off seeing him on the pitch. I can't wait till he leaves.

    l feel a bit more confidant about this game, now that there is a new captain. we might just nick it, I hope Sammy takes no snash of Browney and gets him up for the game. dont want to see dummy * on the park

    Have to say I'm glad this is only a friendly and if this helps with the whole franchise thing then I'm fine with it.

    Be interesting to see if he rises to the occasion though. We all know he can play well but it doesn't happen often enough.

    if this works, and sammy plays a stormer, and he keep the arm band. There will be no need for a new striker,:50: ill give neil some credit, he is a tryer.

    Don't be so naive butchy, Brown IS the captain and will be for the upcoming season...regardless of any 'stellar' performance that Samaras may/may not put in.

    this is a must win game, and Neil knows he can drop BROWN to increase his chances of getting goals, hes no mug. asda are selling survival kits for under your bed, for a tenner, they come with 6 bags of crisps 2 coloring in books, 2 boxes of tissues, and a torch, hope they are not needed, as the site will loose out on the jokes. :celt_2:
