    We can batter sammy from pillar to post but the real question has to be asked, why does lenny keep picking him, lenny should have stuck to his guns and punted him in the summer, there is no room for sentiment, in managment you have to be ruthless.

    Shop window??! Away against Hearts and we put him in the shop window.:38:

    Lennon can blame the refs all he wants - but every tough game we have had with him in charge we are tactically naive - we were well beat yesterday and putting in Samaras just broke up any momentum Stokes and Hooper were ever gonna get.:47:

    They scored SIX GOALS in one game - I wouldnt play Samaras down the park on a sunday - he's total *.

    Neil Lennon has lost 5 matches in charge of Celtic.

    Ross County
    Braga Away
    Utrecht Away
    v Rangers
    Hearts Away

    What do all 5 of these matches have in common? Georgios * Samaras started every one. Make no bones about it, Neil Lennon is guilty of putting Samaras in the starting line-up for the games that matter most. He is losing these games. Starting Samaras is definitely a contributing factor to why he is losing them.

    Neily you need to wise up mate and stop putting this * in the team when we are playing important matches.

    I Don't like attacking individual players, but I've got to agree with the criticisms in this thread. He can't hold the ball up well enough, runs into trouble that he can't get out of and ends up fouling for no reason. My heart sinks when I see him on the team sheet these days. It's probably time for Samaras and Celtic to part company.

    Lenny persevered with Loovens until it got to a point he just couldn't trust him, he has to waken up to the fact that Sammy isn't the answer, if he persist's in playing him i would have to cast doubt on his judgement.

    Sammi has the ability of running at defenders and taking them on but the main problem is he doesnt know what to do with his final ball.

    Often or not he will try a shot from an outrageous angle and maybe come close or runs the ball out of ball ,he does do a lot of good stuff in the team but sadly he does a lot of bad aswell ,.
