Samaras?

Sammy had a very good game against Utrecht at Celtic Park. So it's time to sell him now. He only plays about three good games a season and seeing he's already had one, it would not be good to keep him because he's only going to have another two games or so where he'll play well. I don't think Lennon will sell him if he does not have a replacement lined up.

I'm not a fan of Stokes though and I hope we don't get him, but if we do he doesn't have to do much to be better than Sammy.

 

Any news on whether hes leaving or are we gonna see the big walloper all season hopefully its all getting done hush hush behind the scenes like fortune

 

As much as Sammy works hard the stats do not lie and the facts are he is not a finisher and most of his good work is done 40 yards from goal. Fortune was similar in that respect in that he was also a good player but not enough of a goal threat. Right now that is what we require. If you watched the game closely Big Murphy was very efficient in what he did. Played it simple when possible, his flick on's actualy reached Maloney and we started to stretch them when this happened. He is also stronger and more aggressive. Sammy never does this it's always five touches too many and his knock on's go everywhere but to our men, he is also a big girls blouse!!

Sell him for 2m that makes up for no reaching the europa league we dont need replacing him because hes no a striker or winger and my missus ma says she'll do all the players hair for them.

Well he can, but he doesn't get on the end of things like in his early days here. You don't have to be tall to header but it helps when you challenge in the air.

 

Lets stop arguing guys! Get behind the strikers!!! I have good feeling about the hoopster Okay sammy isn't the best. But he goes from hot cold too easily. Some of his goals are belters! Then some games like motherwell he dosn't seem to be on the pitch....mentality. Maybe lennon needs to get a shrink in to look at him!!!
