    sammy came off the bench last-nite and played well at a time when utd were on top.
    sammy managed to get hold of the ball and drive us up the park,also got barry and naka into good crossing postions with good balls in behind full backs.

    I think the big man has been criticised unfairly, i dont think he deserves some of it, i like him and is a better option if we are not getting cross balls in to VOH, big man made a difference last night! also, if he had not got injured playing for greece he would be top scorer in SPL by now! well ahead of that * Klingon Boyd!

    Having a hard time figuring Samaras out to be honest. One week he looks the part and looks capable of scoring spectacular individual goals. Then the next week he looks so clumsy and not like a footballer at all. I think coming off the bench is the best role for Samaras at this point because he doesn't seem capable of stringing consistent performances together. Also, Big Jan and Skippy have proven they are a good partnership and have earned the right to be the first choice strikers. HAIL HAIL

    sure i heard pat nevin say tht he should be coming off the bench for a while to get his form back like the end of last season and when he starts scoring again start him like at the begining of this season

    Thought big Sammy was immense last night when he came on. Looks like with big Jan back he's got the incentive now to push himself and hopefully now he can start to get back to top form. If we have these 3 guys firing on all cylinders i will be over the moon because they are all * hot in their own right.

    P.s. who said Sammy was * in the air? That's absolute dung, one of the first things i noticed last season when he joined us was his ability in the air. He scored a couple of cracking headers for us. Just because he lost his form doesn't mean he's *.

    EDIT - Meant to say, i've noticed him a few times he's very good at defending corners back in our box. Just a wee mental note for yous to make.

    i thot when he came on last nite he changed the game, along with robson, i think he plays betta with jvoh than he does with macdonald cos macdonald doesnt try to link up with sammy the same way jvoh does. i think they both need jvoh to play well.

    Samaras at the start of the season was great, seemed like a different player back then, showed hnts of it last night really want him to get that form back becuase he is great when hes like that, he can run with the ball and get past a few players as well
