He'll be able to play tomorrow if he's fit. Don't know how much football he's played recently.

My guess is he'll start on the bench.

Samaras is a big lad.. He's 6 foot 4 and decent in the air so it seems like it could be the ideal partnership and could give us a chance to rotate strikers to give them a rest if needed..

I think Lafferty is Strachans idea of a long term replacement for JVOH.. I don't even think it's the end for Killen yet because unless we can get another person in I think Killen might have a part to play before the end of the season..

Let's see. JVOH is a quality player who hasn't performed lately, is this the kick up the * he needs?

i also watched clips on you tube and although i know its not wise to use video clips to determine a players ability, I am very optimistic about this one, 21 in 25 games for heerenveen, greek internaional, not done so well at city but still only 23......this guy could be the one we've been waiting for since the king. I only hope we're not a "stepping stone to the big time"
koki also looks the part. again, on you tube. So bring on the huns!

Could be a quality signing, looked pretty good when he first signed for City and then went off the boil. We needed more upfront but i would have preferred a fast striker. Glad we got him on a try before you buy move, they always make sense. Is he CL tied?

Not read the thread and seen others views, but I think this is a great deal. Could be just the spark we need up front with McDonald. I'm excited about this.

Even better if it gives us another option upfront against Barca. I don't think Puyol, Thuram et al would be quaking if they saw Killen coming on with ten minutes to go.
